Summit 2021

The Prague-based European Values Center for Security Policy is organizing the 7th STRATCOM SUMMIT. This traditional non-public event for security professionals is usually attended by 300 government officials and experts from 25 countries. The main topics of discussion focus on policy responses to Russian and Chinese hostile operations against liberal democracies.

The Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of China (Taiwan) will speak alongside a EU Vice – Minister and Undersecretary at a public forum. He will be joined by the Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Lithuania and Undersecretary for Defence Policy at the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Estonia.

“As a Czech expert organization, we are proud to host this debate. Europeans can choose with whom we partner or talk. Taiwan is a friendly democracy; therefore it is normal to have its foreign minister talk to European ministers on issues we share as liberal democracies,” says Jakub Janda, Director of the European Values Center for Security Policy.
