Czech Economic and Cultural Office and Taiwan Office of the European Values Center for Security Policy o-organized a networking discussion with special guest Petr Očko, Director General of Czech Ministry of Industry and Trade. Mr Očko talked about Czech government’s commitment to further engagement with Taiwan, as is written in its official policy manifesto, focused on current and future prospects for Czech-Taiwan relations, including bilateral economic and scientific cooperation and answered the question how can practical cooperation look like going forward? He also highlighted that Czech Republic is among the best friends of Taiwan in Europe.
