During EVC team’s trip to Japan in February 2024, H. E. Martin Klučar hosted a ceremony of SOI signing between EVC and RCAST at the Czech embassy in Tokyo.

The Research Center for Advanced Science and Technology (RCAST) is the newest institute attached to the University of Tokyo that aims to contribute to the development of science and technology.
H.E. Klučar highlighted the importance of people to people exchanges for good relationship between the two countries and wished both organizations fruitful cooperation.
Director of the RCAST Masakazu Sugiyama and director of EVC, Jakub Janda delivered their speeches before signing the SOI and posed for pictures.
EVC thus became the first Central and Eastern European partner of RCAST.
