European Values Center Taiwan Office Participates in the 2026 NTU iNGO Academy Demo Day

The European Values Center for Security Policy Taiwan Office participated in the 2026 NTU iNGO Academy Demo Day, organized by the Office of International Affairs at National Taiwan University on June 16.

The NTU iNGO Academy brings together international and Taiwanese nonprofit organizations to provide students with hands-on internship opportunities and practical insight into the work of NGOs and international NGOs. This year’s program involved 19 partner organizations, with 30 students from nine countries completing approximately 13 weeks of internships across participating institutions.

As one of the partner organizations, the European Values Center Taiwan Office was pleased to support the initiative by hosting interns and introducing them to the work of a European think tank focused on democratic resilience, security policy, and Taiwan–Europe relations. Through their internships, students had the opportunity to gain practical experience in policy research, event organization, strategic communications, and international cooperation.

During the Demo Day, students presented the outcomes of their internships through group poster presentations, highlighting the projects they contributed to, the skills they developed, and the insights they gained throughout the program. The event also provided an opportunity for partner organizations, students, and NTU faculty members to exchange perspectives on international cooperation, nonprofit work, and future career pathways.

The event concluded with the annual Farewell Party, celebrating the students’ achievements and providing an informal setting for participants, university representatives, and partner organizations to reflect on the program and strengthen connections for future collaboration.

The European Values Center Taiwan Office is proud to be part of the National Taiwan University iNGO Academy and remains committed to supporting the next generation of internationally minded professionals through practical experience in policy research and international cooperation.
