Ondřej Málek is an analyst in Red Watch Program, where he coordinates Tabletop Exercises (TTX) / Crisis Simulations projects focused on two-theater escalation scenarios in East Asia and Eastern Europe. Furthermore, his work primarily covers U.S. foreign policy vis-a-vis the Indo-Pacific and strategic competition between the United States and the People’s Republic of China. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations – Territorial Studies, specializing in British and American Studies, and a Master’s degree in International Relations – Security Studies, both from the University of West Bohemia in Pilsen. Ondřej also spent for four semesters at the University of Pavia in Northern Italy in the Master’s program in World Politics and International Relations. Outside of work, he has volunteered as an ambassador for the international educational project Football for Development and performs as an athlete within the Slack Show group.
