Dle ozn\u00e1men\u00e9ho vicepremi\u00e9rova pl\u00e1nu m\u011bli b\u00fdt osloveni \u010dty\u0159i uchaze\u010di, v\u010detn\u011b rusk\u00e9 st\u00e1tn\u00ed agentury Rosatom. Tento naprosto nep\u0159ijateln\u00fd a nebezpe\u010dn\u00fd krok by byl v rozporu s pozic\u00ed \u0161esti hlavn\u00edch bezpe\u010dnostn\u00edch instituc\u00ed \u010cR a s postojem p\u011bti demokratick\u00fdch opozi\u010dn\u00edch stran, jejich\u017e podporu vl\u00e1da ozna\u010dovala za podm\u00ednku realizace samotn\u00e9ho tendru. Vicepremi\u00e9r Havl\u00ed\u010dek po p\u00e1te\u010dn\u00edm odporu opozice tento bezprecedentn\u00ed krok ve prosp\u011bch Rosatomu zastavil.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">V pond\u011bl\u00ed vl\u00e1da pod smy\u0161len\u00fdmi d\u016fvody odvolala vl\u00e1dn\u00edho zmocn\u011bnce Jaroslava M\u00edla, kter\u00fd byl odborn\u00fdm garantem cel\u00e9ho procesu. Re\u00e1ln\u00fdm d\u016fvodem M\u00edlova odvol\u00e1n\u00ed bylo to, \u017ee se postavil proti Havl\u00ed\u010dkovu prorusk\u00e9mu jedn\u00e1n\u00ed a \u010dlen\u016fm Bezpe\u010dnostn\u00ed rady st\u00e1tu poslal odborn\u00e9 stanovisko, kter\u00e9 vysv\u011btluje nep\u0159ijatelnost vicepremi\u00e9rova kroku.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Vl\u00e1da tak definitivn\u011b ztratila podporu demokratick\u00e9 opozice pro tento projekt na 80 let, \u010d\u00edm\u017e ho jednozna\u010dn\u011b zpochybnila v o\u010d\u00edch uchaze\u010d\u016f z demokratick\u00fdch st\u00e1t\u016f. Vl\u00e1da se z politick\u00fdch d\u016fvod\u016f zbavila jedin\u00e9ho odborn\u00e9ho garanta p\u0159\u00edpravy jadern\u00e9ho projektu, co\u017e jen potvrzuje, \u017ee sou\u010dasn\u00fd kabinet p\u0159ipravuje tendr ve prosp\u011bch rusk\u00e9ho z\u00e1jemce. Jeliko\u017e p\u0159ed touto variantou explicitn\u011b varuje \u0161est hlavn\u00edch bezpe\u010dnostn\u00edch instituc\u00ed \u010cesk\u00e9 republiky, vl\u00e1da tak p\u0159\u00edmo ohro\u017euje bezpe\u010dnost a suverenitu st\u00e1tu.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Vl\u00e1da by m\u011bla takto v\u00fdrazn\u011b po\u0161kozen\u00fd tendr okam\u017eit\u011b ukon\u010dit, svolat jedn\u00e1n\u00ed vl\u00e1dn\u00edho St\u00e1l\u00e9ho v\u00fdboru pro v\u00fdstavbu nov\u00fdch jadern\u00fdch zdroj\u016f a po dohod\u011b s opozic\u00ed dop\u0159ipravit podm\u00ednky pro skute\u010dn\u011b kredibiln\u00ed tendr bez rusk\u00e9 a \u010d\u00ednsk\u00e9 \u00fa\u010dasti tak, jak doporu\u010duj\u00ed \u010desk\u00e9 bezpe\u010dnostn\u00ed instituce.
