Podle prezidenta by schv\u00e1len\u00ed S\u00daKL bylo dosta\u010duj\u00edc\u00ed, p\u0159esto\u017ee ostatn\u00ed vakc\u00edny distribuovan\u00e9 v \u010cesk\u00e9 republice musely z\u00edskat schv\u00e1len\u00ed Evropsk\u00e9 agentury pro l\u00e9\u010div\u00e9 prost\u0159edky (EMA). \u010clensk\u00e9 st\u00e1ty Evropsk\u00e9 unie nicm\u00e9n\u011b mohou pou\u017e\u00edvat i vakc\u00edny bez registrace EMA v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b, \u017ee jim ud\u011bl\u00ed v\u00fdjimku, jak se stalo nap\u0159\u00edklad v Ma\u010farsku nebo na Slovensku. \u010cesk\u00e1 republika by ale tuto mo\u017enost nem\u011bla vyu\u017e\u00edt.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">V\u00fdrobce vakc\u00edny Sputnik V v minulosti tvrdil, \u017ee k EMA \u017e\u00e1dost o schv\u00e1len\u00ed ji\u017e podal, sama agentura to ale opakovan\u011b vyvr\u00e1tila. Ji\u017e od za\u010d\u00e1tku panuje okolo v\u00fdvoje a testov\u00e1n\u00ed vakc\u00edny nedostatek transparentnosti a rusk\u00e1 strana o n\u00ed systematicky \u0161\u00ed\u0159\u00ed dezinformace. Vyu\u017eit\u00edm vakc\u00edny, o kter\u00e9 neexistuje dostatek informac\u00ed, nem\u00e1 p\u0159\u00edslu\u0161n\u00e1 schv\u00e1len\u00ed, a dokonce je\u0161t\u011b ani nepro\u0161la t\u0159et\u00ed f\u00e1z\u00ed testov\u00e1n\u00ed, by vl\u00e1da z\u00e1va\u017en\u011b ohrozila zdrav\u00ed \u010desk\u00fdch ob\u010dan\u016f.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Rusk\u00e1 federace v sou\u010dasnosti nem\u00e1 dostatek vakc\u00edny ani pro vlastn\u00ed ob\u010dany kv\u016fli chyb\u011bj\u00edc\u00edm v\u00fdrobn\u00edm kapacit\u00e1m. Dod\u00e1vky do \u010cesk\u00e9 republiky by tud\u00ed\u017e byly vysoce nespolehliv\u00e9. Rusko tuto vakc\u00ednu pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 jako politick\u00fd n\u00e1stroj moci a vlivu, nikoliv jako prost\u0159edek pro boj s pandemi\u00ed.
