Viktor Šerák

Viktor is a junior analyst in the Kremlin Watch program, where he started as an intern in 2021 and worked his way up to his current position. Viktor holds a Bachelor’s degree in Security and Legal Studies from the Police Academy in Prague and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Security and Strategic Studies at the same institution.
