Lenka completed her BSc degree in Psychology with Criminology at De Montfort University (UK) and her MSc degree in Work Psychology at Loughborough University (UK).
In the past, she took part in various fields of volunteering such as disability, HIV, or environment. Her last role was as volunteer coordinator in a hospital covid unit, organized by Red Cross.
