Anna Zádrapová

Mgr. Anna Zadrapova, PhD.studied sinology at Charles University in Prague, and in 2005/2006 completed a year of Chinese studies at the People’s University in Beijing. She taught Chinese (2006-2015), wrote reviews of the Chinese press for A2 magazine (2006-2018), and edited the professional quarterly New Orient (2012-2018). In 2016-2020 she worked for the Sinopsis project as an editor and from January 2020 as a project manager. In 2020, she defended her dissertation at Charles University on the history of Czechoslovak sinology in the 1940s and 1950s. It focuses on the topic of Chinese influence in Europe.
