Andrea graduated in sports management, anddeveloped her organizational skills in a corporate environment,in managerial roles. She led the fundraising department in the Czech branch of the humanitarian organization ADRA. After that, she ran the office of Pavel Zima, CEO of Seznam.cz for six years. Subsequently, she built and led the secretariat of the director of the organization People in Need, Simon Pánek. She then helped launch commercial production of Mall.tv and social media marketing for the Agata‘sWorld stores. In 2020, she heldan organizational role in the Sinopsis think-tank. She devotes herfree time to topics of special pedagogy and inclusion.
