Je p\u0159ipravov\u00e1n usp\u011bchan\u011b, bez jednozna\u010dn\u011b vyjasn\u011bn\u00e9 strategie (obchodn\u00ed model, financov\u00e1n\u00ed, zp\u016fsob zaji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed bezpe\u010dnostn\u00edch z\u00e1jm\u016f \u010cR), bez dostate\u010dn\u00e9 odborn\u00e9 diskuse, a zejm\u00e9na bez konsenzu nap\u0159\u00ed\u010d politickou reprezentac\u00ed, a to b\u011bhem prob\u00edhaj\u00edc\u00ed bezprecedentn\u00ed koronavirov\u00e9 krize, kter\u00e1 bude m\u00edt obrovsk\u00e9, nejen ekonomick\u00e9 dopady.
