Autorka v\u00fdroku se takto <a href=\"https:\/\/www.reuters.com\/world\/asia-pacific\/philippine-vp-says-she-would-have-marcos-assassinated-if-she-is-killed-2024-11-23\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">nechala sly\u0161et<\/a> v roce 2024, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e odkazovala na sou\u010dasn\u00e9ho prezidenta Ferdinanda Marcose mlad\u0161\u00edho, zn\u00e1m\u00e9ho pod svou p\u0159ezd\u00edvkou Bongbong, a jeho man\u017eelku (prvn\u00ed d\u00e1mu) a bratrance (poslance doln\u00ed komory parlamentu).<\/p><p>T\u011bm, kte\u0159\u00ed nejsou zasv\u011bceni do dynamiky filip\u00ednsk\u00e9 politiky, m\u016f\u017ee v\u00fdrok druh\u00e9 nejvy\u0161\u0161\u00ed \u00fastavn\u00ed \u010dinitelky, ve kter\u00e9m otev\u0159en\u011b mluv\u00ed o tom, \u017ee si na hlavu st\u00e1tu najala vraha, snadno vyrazit dech. Konflikt v nejvy\u0161\u0161\u00edch patrech filip\u00ednsk\u00e9 politiky se ji\u017e n\u011bkolik let vzn\u00e1\u0161\u00ed ve\u0159ejn\u00fdm prostorem. Nejde v\u0161ak pouze o souboj dvou politik\u016f: moment\u00e1ln\u011b proti sob\u011b stoj\u00ed dv\u011b nejmocn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed politick\u00e9 dynastie v zemi. Spor rodinn\u00fdch klan\u016f rovn\u011b\u017e zaj\u00edmav\u011b odr\u00e1\u017e\u00ed soupe\u0159en\u00ed Washingtonu a Pekingu o vliv na Filip\u00edn\u00e1ch.<\/p><p>\u00dastavn\u00ed \u017ealob\u011b za sv\u00e9 v\u00fdroky spolu s obvin\u011bn\u00edm z korupce \u010del\u00ed Sara Duterte ji\u017e podruh\u00e9 za posledn\u00ed dva roky. Po posledn\u00edm pokusu o jej\u00ed odvol\u00e1n\u00ed, kter\u00fd <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bbc.com\/news\/articles\/cgk3k2ln00no\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">zam\u00edtl<\/a> Nejvy\u0161\u0161\u00ed soud, n\u00e1sledovalo ro\u010dn\u00ed moratorium na dal\u0161\u00ed \u00fastavn\u00ed \u017ealoby. Jakmile v dubnu tohoto roku vypr\u0161elo, v\u00fdbor doln\u00ed komory parlamentu odhlasoval, \u017ee existuje <a href=\"https:\/\/www.philstar.com\/headlines\/2026\/04\/29\/2524483\/house-panel-finds-probable-cause-impeach-vp-sara-duterte\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">dostatek d\u016fvod\u016f<\/a> pro to, aby \u00fastavn\u00ed \u017ealoba pokra\u010dovala. V kv\u011btnu pak cel\u00e1 doln\u00ed komora jej\u00ed odvol\u00e1n\u00ed odhlasovala. Proces p\u0159ed Sen\u00e1tem za\u010dal 6. \u010dervence. V\u00a0dob\u011b naps\u00e1n\u00ed tohoto \u010dl\u00e1nku nebylo <a href=\"https:\/\/www.abs-cbn.com\/news\/nation\/2026\/9\/3\/sara-duterte-trial-may-continue-into-2027-impeachment-court-spox-says-1445\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">z\u0159ejm\u00e9<\/a>, kdy padne rozhodnut\u00ed, ale o\u010dek\u00e1v\u00e1 se, \u017ee proces se m\u016f\u017ee prot\u00e1hnout a\u017e do za\u010d\u00e1tku roku 2027.<\/p><p>P\u0159\u00edpadn\u00e9 odsouzen\u00ed a z\u00e1kaz v\u00fdkonu ve\u0159ejn\u00e9 funkce by znemo\u017enily Sa\u0159e Duterte kandidovat na prezidentku ve volb\u00e1ch v roce 2028. Sv\u016fj z\u00e1m\u011br kandidovat nicm\u00e9n\u011b <a href=\"https:\/\/www.theguardian.com\/world\/2026\/feb\/18\/philippine-vice-president-sara-duterte-announces-2028-presidential-bid\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">stihla ozn\u00e1mit<\/a> u\u017e letos v \u00fanoru. Dle filip\u00ednsk\u00e9 \u00fastavy m\u016f\u017ee prezident \u00fa\u0159adovat jen jedno \u0161estilet\u00e9 obdob\u00ed, viceprezident tak ve volebn\u00ed kampani nemus\u00ed soupe\u0159it se st\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00edm prezidentem a jeho funkce je \u010dasto br\u00e1na za p\u0159edstupe\u0148 k eventu\u00e1ln\u00edmu prezidentstv\u00ed. Sara Duterte \u00fastavn\u00ed \u017ealobu ozna\u010dila za \u201ekrvavou l\u00e1ze\u0148\u201c, na ni\u017e je p\u0159ipraven\u00e1.<\/p><p>Velk\u00fd <a href=\"https:\/\/www.reutersconnect.com\/item\/philippine-justice-orders-arrest-of-vice-president-sara-duterte\/dGFnOnJldXRlcnMuY29tLDIwMjY6bmV3c21sX09XRUZWQzU1MDIxMzA2OTM5MDAx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">zvrat<\/a> v ud\u00e1lostech p\u0159i\u0161el 4. z\u00e1\u0159\u00ed, kdy jeden z m\u00edstn\u00edch soud\u016f vydal na viceprezidentku zatyka\u010d. Zatyka\u010d byl vyd\u00e1n na z\u00e1klad\u011b jej\u00edch v\u00fdhr\u016f\u017eek prezidentovi a je zcela nez\u00e1visl\u00fd na procesu impeachmentu, kter\u00fd bude nad\u00e1le pokra\u010dovat. Kauce byla vy\u010d\u00edslena na 360 000 filip\u00ednsk\u00fdch pesos (n\u011bco p\u0159es 5 700 americk\u00fdch dolar\u016f). Viceprezidentka kauci slo\u017eila, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e <a href=\"https:\/\/newsinfo.inquirer.net\/2299745\/sara-duterte-posts-bail-i-dont-trust-the-court\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">uvedla<\/a>, \u017ee se v p\u0159\u00edtomnosti bezpe\u010dnostn\u00edch sbor\u016f nec\u00edt\u00ed bezpe\u010dn\u011b. Vzhledem k rozsahu obvin\u011bn\u00ed j\u00ed hroz\u00ed <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/fazlawoffice\/posts\/pfbid02Wt83AJSH6vBwuitsA42Zp14FcwF3CLMjqKgzRJTeuVC4umQdKed2oMJc4DEGMcySl\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">a\u017e osm let v\u011bzen\u00ed<\/a>.<\/p><h2>Jak\u00e9 jsou \u0161ir\u0161\u00ed souvislosti?<\/h2><p>Prezident Ferdinand (Bongbong) Marcos mlad\u0161\u00ed a viceprezidentka Sara Duterte jsou oba d\u011btmi b\u00fdval\u00fdch hlav st\u00e1tu, ob\u011bti jejich\u017e politik se po\u010d\u00edtaj\u00ed na tis\u00edce. Otec sou\u010dasn\u00e9ho prezidenta Marcose mlad\u0161\u00edho, Ferdinand Marcos star\u0161\u00ed, \u00fa\u0159adoval <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bbc.com\/news\/world-asia-63056898\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u017eeleznou p\u011bst\u00ed<\/a> mezi lety 1965 a\u017e 1986. Viceprezidentka Sara Duterte je zase dcerou Rodriga Duterteho, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hrw.org\/tag\/philippines-war-on-drugs\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">brut\u00e1ln\u00edho autorit\u00e1\u0159e<\/a>, kter\u00fd byl v \u010dele zem\u011b od roku 2016 do roku 2022.<\/p><p>Vzhledem k tomu, jak ostr\u00fdm se souboj mezi nejvy\u0161\u0161\u00edmi \u00fastavn\u00edmi \u010diniteli stal, je o to zaj\u00edmav\u011bj\u0161\u00ed vz\u00edt v \u00favahu, \u017ee b\u00fdvali bl\u00edzk\u00fdmi politick\u00fdmi spojenci. Ve sv\u00fdch kampan\u00edch v roce 2022 se vz\u00e1jemn\u011b podporovali. I kdy\u017e prezident a viceprezident ve Filip\u00edn\u00e1ch kandiduj\u00ed samostatn\u011b (m\u016f\u017ee se tak st\u00e1t, \u017ee se v \u00fa\u0159adech ocitnou lid\u00e9 odli\u0161n\u00e9ho politick\u00e9ho vyzn\u00e1n\u00ed), Duterte a Marcos tahali za jeden provaz. Podpora Sary Duterte m\u011bla na \u00fasp\u011bch Marcose mlad\u0161\u00edho <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tandfonline.com\/doi\/abs\/10.5509\/202396185\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">velk\u00fd vliv<\/a>. Jejich vztah se v\u0161ak po n\u00e1stupu do \u00fa\u0159adu za\u010dal pomalu <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bbc.com\/news\/articles\/c4gzn4j0g20o\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">rozpadat<\/a>. Oba razili rozd\u00edlnou politickou agendu.<\/p><p>Velk\u00fd rozpor p\u0159i\u0161el spolu se zat\u010den\u00edm b\u00fdval\u00e9ho prezidenta Rodriga Duterteho, otce sou\u010dasn\u00e9 viceprezidentky. Filip\u00ednsk\u00e9 bezpe\u010dnostn\u00ed sbory jednaly v souladu se <a href=\"https:\/\/www.icc-cpi.int\/philippines\/duterte\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">zatyka\u010dem<\/a> Mezin\u00e1rodn\u00edho trestn\u00edho soudu a vydaly ho do Haagu. Duterteova \u201e<a href=\"https:\/\/www.hrw.org\/tag\/philippines-war-on-drugs\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">V\u00e1lka proti drog\u00e1m<\/a>\u201c, kterou spustil nejd\u0159\u00edve jako starosta m\u011bsta Davao a pozd\u011bji jako prezident, p\u0159ipravila o \u017eivot des\u00edtky tis\u00edc lid\u00ed podez\u0159el\u00fdch i z drobn\u00fdch drogov\u00fdch delikt\u016f. Mezin\u00e1rodn\u00ed trestn\u00ed soud tyto vra\u017edy vy\u0161et\u0159uje jako mo\u017en\u00e9 zlo\u010diny proti lidskosti.<\/p><p>Jeho vl\u00e1dnut\u00ed se neslo v duchu <a href=\"https:\/\/thediplomat.com\/2024\/09\/parsing-the-philippines-pivot-to-china-under-rodrigo-duterte\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">sbli\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed<\/a> s \u010c\u00ednskou lidovou republikou (\u010cLR). Kr\u00e1tce po n\u00e1stupu do \u00fa\u0159adu vyhl\u00e1sil \u201eseparaci\u201c Filip\u00edn od Spojen\u00fdch st\u00e1t\u016f. Vztahy s USA se v\u00fdrazn\u011b zhor\u0161ily a \u010cLR si tak mohla na Filip\u00edn\u00e1ch vybudovat v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed vliv.
