Tchajwansk\u00e1 kancel\u00e1\u0159 EVC pokra\u010duje v prosazov\u00e1n\u00ed sv\u00e9ho v\u00fdzkumu t\u00fdkaj\u00edc\u00edho se iniciativy Evropsk\u00e9 unie \u201eGlobal Gateway<\/strong>\u201c prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm politick\u00fdch diskus\u00ed a zapojen\u00ed mezin\u00e1rodn\u00edch odborn\u00edk\u016f. Na z\u00e1klad\u011b z\u00e1v\u011br\u016f zpr\u00e1vy \u201eChasing Convergence: The EU\u2019s Partnerships in the Indo-Pacific and the Implementation of the Global Gateway Initiative\u201c (Snaha o sbli\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed: Partnerstv\u00ed EU v indopacifick\u00e9m regionu a realizace iniciativy \u201eGlobal Gateway\u201c), jej\u00ed\u017e spoluautory jsou Marcin Jerzewski a dr. Olimpia Kot, uspo\u0159\u00e1dalo EVC \u0159adu akc\u00ed zam\u011b\u0159en\u00fdch na zkoum\u00e1n\u00ed p\u0159\u00edle\u017eitost\u00ed pro spolupr\u00e1ci mezi EU a Tchaj-wanem v indopacifick\u00e9m regionu a tak\u00e9 se t\u011bchto akc\u00ed \u00fa\u010dastnilo.<\/p>

V r\u00e1mci t\u011bchto snah uspo\u0159\u00e1dala tchajwansk\u00e1 kancel\u00e1\u0159 EVC panelovou diskusi na t\u00e9ma \u201eSpolupr\u00e1ce mezi EU a Tchaj-wanem v indopacifick\u00e9m regionu: propojen\u00ed iniciativy Global Gateway a nov\u00e9 politiky sm\u011b\u0159uj\u00edc\u00ed na jih\u201c<\/strong>. Diskuse, na n\u00ed\u017e se se\u0161li z\u00e1stupci CEIAS, Chung-Hua Institution for Economic Research (CIER), TaiwanICDF a Tchajwansk\u00e9 kancel\u00e1\u0159e EVC, se zab\u00fdvala t\u00edm, jak mohou tchajwansk\u00e9 odborn\u00e9 znalosti v oblastech, jako je zdravotnictv\u00ed, zem\u011bd\u011blstv\u00ed, digit\u00e1ln\u00ed technologie a rozvojov\u00e1 spolupr\u00e1ce, doplnit realizaci projekt\u016f v r\u00e1mci iniciativy Global Gateway. \u00da\u010dastn\u00edci rovn\u011b\u017e zd\u016fraznili hodnotu dlouhodob\u00fdch tchajwansk\u00fdch s\u00edt\u00ed v jihov\u00fdchodn\u00ed Asii a v\u00fdznam u\u017e\u0161\u00ed technick\u00e9 spolupr\u00e1ce mezi Tchaj-wanem a Evropskou uni\u00ed.<\/p>

Z\u00e1v\u011bry zpr\u00e1vy n\u00e1sledn\u011b p\u0159edstavil Marcin Jerzewski na China in the World Summit<\/strong>, kde se diskuse zam\u011b\u0159ila na iniciativu Global Gateway v \u0161ir\u0161\u00edm kontextu strategick\u00e9 konkurence s \u010d\u00ednskou iniciativou \u201eBelt and Road\u201c (P\u00e1s a stezka). Na z\u00e1klad\u011b ter\u00e9nn\u00edho v\u00fdzkumu proveden\u00e9ho na Fid\u017ei a ve Vietnamu prezentace zd\u016fraznila, \u017ee iniciativu Global Gateway nelze ch\u00e1pat pouze jako infrastrukturn\u00ed projekt, ale jako platformu pro spolupr\u00e1ci mezi partnery se stejn\u00fdm sm\u00fd\u0161len\u00edm, kte\u0159\u00ed se zav\u00e1zali k transparentn\u00edmu a udr\u017eiteln\u00e9mu rozvoji s m\u00edstn\u00edm zapojen\u00edm.<\/p>

Z obou akc\u00ed vyvstal spole\u010dn\u00fd z\u00e1v\u011br: pos\u00edlen\u00ed propojenosti v indopacifick\u00e9m regionu vy\u017eaduje \u00fazkou koordinaci mezi demokratick\u00fdmi partnery, transparentn\u00ed spr\u00e1vu v\u011bc\u00ed ve\u0159ejn\u00fdch a dlouhodobou spolupr\u00e1ci. Tyto aktivity odr\u00e1\u017eej\u00ed z\u00e1vazek Tchajwansk\u00e9 kancel\u00e1\u0159e EVC prom\u011b\u0148ovat v\u00fdzkum v praktick\u00fd politick\u00fd dialog a posilovat spolupr\u00e1ci mezi Evropou a Tchaj-wanem na podporu odoln\u011bj\u0161\u00edho indopacifick\u00e9ho regionu.<\/p>
