style=\"font-weight: 400;\">B\u011bhem m\u011bs\u00edce \u010dervna prob\u00edhaj\u00ed po cel\u00e9m sv\u011bt\u011b oslavy rozmanitosti a pr\u00e1v komunity LGBTQ+ symbolizovan\u00e9 duhov\u00fdmi vlajkami a pr\u016fvody Pride. <strong>V \u010c\u00edn\u011b je v\u0161ak situace ponur\u00e1. <\/strong>Podle den\u00edku <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lemonde.fr\/en\/international\/article\/2026\/06\/11\/chinese-authorities-pressure-beijing-s-institut-francais-to-halt-screenings-of-films-featuring-same-sex-relationships_6754326_4.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Le Monde<\/a> byl Francouzsk\u00fd institut v Pekingu nucen zru\u0161it prom\u00edt\u00e1n\u00ed dvou francouzsk\u00fdch film\u016f s homosexu\u00e1ln\u00ed tematikou <strong>kv\u016fli soustavn\u00e9mu n\u00e1tlaku ze strany \u010d\u00ednsk\u00fdch \u00fa\u0159ad\u016f.<\/strong> Jejich kroky, zahrnuj\u00edc\u00ed telefon\u00e1t policie kv\u016fli pou\u017eit\u00ed v\u00fdrazu \u201ePride Month\u201c nebo po\u017eadavek na sd\u00edlen\u00ed identity n\u00e1v\u0161t\u011bvn\u00edk\u016f se st\u00e1tn\u00edmi org\u00e1ny, <strong>ukazuj\u00ed, jak autorit\u00e1\u0159sk\u00e9 re\u017eimy vyu\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed svou moc k\u00a0podkop\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed univerz\u00e1ln\u00edch lidsk\u00fdch pr\u00e1v \u2013 je\u017e jsou popisovan\u00e1 \u010c\u00ednou jako \u201ezahrani\u010dn\u00ed s\u00edly\u201c zasahuj\u00edc\u00ed do \u201en\u00e1rodn\u00ed ideologie\u201c.<\/strong><\/p><h2 style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Jak\u00e9 jsou \u0161ir\u0161\u00ed souvislosti?<\/strong><\/h2><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Potla\u010dov\u00e1n\u00ed komunity LGBTQ+ v \u010c\u00edn\u011b prob\u00edh\u00e1 zhruba od roku 2020 a ilustruje v\u016fli \u010d\u00ednsk\u00e9 vl\u00e1dy uml\u010dovat v\u0161echny hlasy, kter\u00e9 podle n\u00ed reprezentuj\u00ed \u201ezahrani\u010dn\u00ed s\u00edly\u201c. <strong>Je\u0161t\u011b v\u011bt\u0161\u00edmu tlaku ne\u017e Francouzsk\u00fd institut v\u0161ak \u010del\u00ed dom\u00e1c\u00ed organizace, proti nim\u017e jsou mobilizov\u00e1ny m\u00edstn\u00ed \u00fa\u0159ady.<\/strong><\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Navzdory tomu, \u017ee se dan\u00e9 organizace sna\u017e\u00ed flexibiln\u011b pohybovat v r\u00e1mci \u201e\u010derven\u00fdch lini\u00ed\u201c stanoven\u00fdch \u010d\u00ednskou vl\u00e1dou \u2013 nap\u0159\u00edklad t\u00edm, \u017ee nepo\u0159\u00e1daj\u00ed ve\u0159ejn\u00e9 pochody a vol\u00ed um\u00edrn\u011bn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed r\u00e9toriku \u2013 z\u016fst\u00e1vaj\u00ed vyd\u00e1ny na milost sv\u00e9voln\u00fdm rozhodnut\u00edm \u00fa\u0159ad\u016f. Letos uplynulo p\u011bt let od ukon\u010den\u00ed \u010dinnosti organizace <a href=\"https:\/\/shpride.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ShanghaiPRIDE<\/a>, jedn\u00e9 z nejv\u00fdznamn\u011bj\u0161\u00edch \u010d\u00ednsk\u00fdch nevl\u00e1dn\u00edch organizac\u00ed zam\u011b\u0159uj\u00edc\u00edch se na LGBTQ+, kter\u00e1 po\u0159\u00e1dala setk\u00e1n\u00ed Pride a podporovala zviditel\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00ed queer komunity v \u010c\u00edn\u011b. D\u016fvody jej\u00edho nucen\u00e9ho ukon\u010den\u00ed \u010dinnosti nebyly nikdy zve\u0159ejn\u011bny. \u201e\u010clenov\u00e9 ShanghaiPRIDE byli pod obrovsk\u00fdm tlakem,\u201c uvedl <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thenewslens.com\/article\/187826\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Raymond Phang<\/a>, jeden ze zakladatel\u016f organizace, \u201ebylo st\u00e1le obt\u00ed\u017en\u011bj\u0161\u00ed fungovat jako organizace.\u201c Podobn\u00fd osud potkal i dal\u0161\u00ed podobn\u00e9 iniciativy, nap\u0159\u00edklad Beijing LGBT Center. <strong>\u0158adov\u00ed aktivist\u00e9 zanechali \u010dinnosti kv\u016fli tomu, \u017ee byli opakovan\u011b zadr\u017eov\u00e1ni polici\u00ed, kter\u00e1 nav\u00edc neust\u00e1le vyhro\u017eovala jejich rodinn\u00fdm p\u0159\u00edslu\u0161n\u00edk\u016fm i p\u0159\u00e1tel\u016fm. \u0158ada z nich byla nakonec nucena \u010c\u00ednu opustit.<\/strong><\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Dal\u0161\u00ed charakteristickou taktikou \u010d\u00ednsk\u00e9 vl\u00e1dy je manipulace m\u00edn\u011bn\u00ed vlastenecky c\u00edt\u00edc\u00ed ve\u0159ejnosti a vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed st\u00e1tn\u00ed cenzury m\u00e9di\u00ed. <\/strong>Na \u010d\u00ednsk\u00fdch soci\u00e1ln\u00edch s\u00edt\u00edch, jako jsou Weibo (\u5fae\u535a) \u010di RedNote (\u5c0f\u7d05\u66f8), jsou u\u017eivatel\u00e9 na cenzurovan\u00e9 v\u00fdrazy zvykl\u00ed, proto\u017ee cenzura p\u0159edstavuje jeden z hlavn\u00edch n\u00e1stroj\u016f, jimi\u017e st\u00e1t kontroluje ve\u0159ejnou debatu v souladu se sv\u00fdmi z\u00e1jmy a ideologi\u00ed. V roce 2025 vyvolalo kontroverzi, kdy\u017e byl \u00fa\u010det <a href=\"https:\/\/theinitium.com\/20250508-whatsnew-mainland-weibo-lgbt-tongzhizhisheng-foreign-forces\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Voice of homosexual (\u540c\u5fd7\u4e4b\u8072)<\/a>, kter\u00fd na s\u00edti Weibo prosazoval pr\u00e1va LGBTQ+ komunity, obvin\u011bn z po\u0161kozov\u00e1n\u00ed komunistick\u00e9 ideologie proto, \u017ee se zde objevoval v\u00fdraz <em>tongzhi<\/em> (\u540c\u5fd7). Ten znamen\u00e1 \u201esoudruh\u201c, ale v \u010d\u00ednsk\u00e9m slangu z\u00e1rove\u0148 ozna\u010duje homosexu\u00e1la. Cenzura neu\u0161et\u0159ila ani samotn\u00e9 slovo \u201ehomosexualita\u201c (\u540c\u6027\u6200) a cel\u00fd \u00fa\u010det byl <strong>ozna\u010den za \u201ezahrani\u010dn\u00ed s\u00edlu\u201c, kter\u00e1 aktivn\u011b podr\u00fdv\u00e1 autoritu Komunistick\u00e9 strany \u010c\u00edny a prosazuje \u201ez\u00e1padn\u00ed hodnoty\u201c.<\/strong> V\u00fdzkum organizace <a href=\"https:\/\/www.threads.com\/@chineserainbownetwork\/post\/DZMh3r_m6X_\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Chinese Rainbow Network<\/a> ukazuje, \u017ee i v\u00fdsledky vyhled\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed v\u00fdrazu \u201em\u011bs\u00edc Pride\u201c z\u016fst\u00e1vaj\u00ed na \u010d\u00ednsk\u00fdch soci\u00e1ln\u00edch s\u00edt\u00edch, jako jsou RedNote a Douyin (\u6296\u97f3), nad\u00e1le cenzurov\u00e1ny. \u00da\u010dty zve\u0159ej\u0148uj\u00edc\u00ed p\u0159\u00edsp\u011bvky k oslav\u00e1m m\u011bs\u00edce Pride byly smaz\u00e1ny a n\u011bkte\u0159\u00ed u\u017eivatel\u00e9 tak za\u010dali pou\u017e\u00edvat eufemismus \u201e<a href=\"https:\/\/www.threads.com\/@mirroringthemoon\/post\/DZP5Zqgk_H8?xmt=AQG0COlxahnA8Uw4Q5b9npe4WIsCwhI04pYEDFXlLBnH5tR8oid67gd6B-Ltq6o5RX87bSnz&amp;slof=1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">skromn\u00fd m\u011bs\u00edc<\/a>\u201c (\u8c26\u865a\u6708), aby se cenzu\u0159e vyhnuli.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Za zm\u00ednku stoj\u00ed, \u017ee zat\u00edmco <strong>aktivity a organizace v\u011bnuj\u00edc\u00ed se obhajob\u011b pr\u00e1v LGBTQ+ osob jsou systematicky ter\u010dem repres\u00ed,<\/strong> komer\u010dn\u00ed podniky zam\u011b\u0159en\u00e9 na komunitu LGBTQ+ z\u016fst\u00e1vaj\u00ed z velk\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1sti mimo z\u00e1jem \u00fa\u0159ad\u016f. Tento <strong>asymetrick\u00fd p\u0159\u00edstup<\/strong> <strong>vytv\u00e1\u0159\u00ed zd\u00e1nliv\u011b inkluzivn\u00ed fas\u00e1du slou\u017e\u00edc\u00ed k tzv. \u201epinkwashingu\u201c <\/strong>(nat\u00edr\u00e1n\u00ed nar\u016f\u017eovo) <strong>mezin\u00e1rodn\u00ed pov\u011bsti \u010c\u00edny. Je na n\u011bm v\u0161ak vid\u011bt drastick\u00fd rozsah st\u00e1tn\u00ed kontroly nad osobn\u00ed svobodou a svobodou projevu.<\/strong><\/p><h2 style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Pro\u010d je to d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9?<\/strong><\/h2><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Pride oslavuje svobodu b\u00fdt s\u00e1m sebou, av\u0161ak hrobov\u00e9 ticho, kter\u00e9 v \u010c\u00edn\u011b obklopuje to, co by jinde bylo p\u0159ehl\u00eddkou inkluze, jednozna\u010dn\u011b poukazuje na odm\u00edt\u00e1n\u00ed plurality ze strany \u010d\u00ednsk\u00e9 vl\u00e1dy. <\/strong>Tvrd\u00e1 opat\u0159en\u00ed jsou zt\u011blesn\u011bn\u00edm politiky Komunistick\u00e9 strany \u010c\u00edny zn\u00e1m\u00e9 jako <strong>\u201espr\u00e1vn\u00e9 vypr\u00e1v\u011bn\u00ed \u010d\u00ednsk\u00e9ho p\u0159\u00edb\u011bhu\u201c (<\/strong><strong>\u8bb2<\/strong><strong>\u597d\u4e2d\u56fd\u6545\u4e8b<\/strong><strong> \/ <\/strong><strong>\u8b1b\u597d\u4e2d\u570b\u6545\u4e8b<\/strong><strong>)<\/strong>, kterou prosazuje prezident <strong>Si \u0164in-pching (<\/strong>\u4e60<strong>\u8fd1\u5e73<\/strong><strong> \/ <\/strong><strong>\u7fd2\u8fd1\u5e73<\/strong><strong>)<\/strong> a jej\u00ed\u017e sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed je <strong>prom\u011bna m\u00e9di\u00ed v n\u00e1stroj st\u00e1tn\u00ed propagandy.<\/strong><\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mraziv\u00e9 dopady t\u011bchto man\u00e9vr\u016f se p\u0159itom net\u00fdkaj\u00ed pouze odhadovan\u00fdch 75 milion\u016f p\u0159\u00edslu\u0161n\u00edk\u016f \u010d\u00ednsk\u00e9 komunity LGBTQ+ a zbytku \u010d\u00ednsk\u00e9 spole\u010dnosti. Vzhledem k\u00a0disruptivn\u00ed povaze um\u011bl\u00e9 inteligence a nadn\u00e1rodn\u00edch repres\u00ed jsou v\u016f\u010di \u00fatok\u016fm na svobodu projevu a osobn\u00ed svobodu ze strany \u010c\u00edny n\u00e1chyln\u00e9 tak\u00e9 demokratick\u00e9 st\u00e1ty. <strong>O to v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed obez\u0159etnost je tedy zapot\u0159eb\u00ed ve chv\u00edli, kdy se \u010c\u00edna aktivn\u011b sna\u017e\u00ed z\u00edsk\u00e1vat vliv v kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00fdch mezin\u00e1rodn\u00edch organizac\u00edch, zat\u00edmco bezosty\u0161n\u011b po\u0161lap\u00e1v\u00e1 univerz\u00e1ln\u00ed lidsk\u00e1 pr\u00e1va.<\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Photo: by Olimpia Kot Foto: vyfotila\u00a0Olimpia Kot What is happening?
