Toto chov\u00e1n\u00ed je reakc\u00ed na ned\u00e1vn\u00e1 jedn\u00e1n\u00ed mezi Tokiem a Manilou o <strong>vymezen\u00ed jejich v\u00fdlu\u010dn\u00fdch ekonomick\u00fdch z\u00f3n<\/strong> (EEZ) prezentovan\u00e1 jako dal\u0161\u00ed <a href=\"https:\/\/www.japantimes.co.jp\/news\/2026\/06\/08\/japan\/japan-philippines-maritime-talks\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">krok<\/a> k pos\u00edlen\u00ed vztah\u016f mezi ob\u011bma st\u00e1ty. Navrhovan\u00e9 z\u00f3ny se v\u0161ak p\u0159ekr\u00fdvaj\u00ed s vodami, na kter\u00e9 si n\u00e1rokuje pr\u00e1vo Tchaj-wan a kter\u00e9 \u010cLR sou\u010dasn\u011b zcela nez\u00e1konn\u011b prohla\u0161uje za vlastn\u00ed \u00fazem\u00ed.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">N\u00e1slednou <strong>intenzivn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed aktivitu plavidel \u010cLR<\/strong> v t\u00e9to oblasti lze interpretovat jako <strong>asertivn\u00ed n\u00e1rokov\u00e1n\u00ed si teritoria<\/strong> a jako varov\u00e1n\u00ed soused\u016fm, aby nezpochyb\u0148ovali \u010d\u00ednsk\u00e9 \u00fazemn\u00ed z\u00e1jmy. Toto jedn\u00e1n\u00ed v\u0161ak nem\u00e1 \u017e\u00e1dn\u00fd legitimn\u00ed pr\u00e1vn\u00ed z\u00e1klad a bylo <a href=\"https:\/\/www.defensenews.com\/global\/asia-pacific\/2026\/06\/24\/us-uk-france-germany-raise-alarm-about-chinese-patrols-off-eastern-taiwan\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">odsouzeno<\/a> Spojen\u00fdmi st\u00e1ty, Spojen\u00fdm kr\u00e1lovstv\u00edm, Franci\u00ed i N\u011bmeckem kv\u016fli tomu, \u017ee <strong>ohro\u017euje region\u00e1ln\u00ed stabilitu a svobodu plavby<\/strong>.<\/p><h2>Jak\u00e9 jsou \u0161ir\u0161\u00ed souvislosti?<\/h2><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Jeliko\u017e Peking pova\u017euje \u010c\u00ednskou republiku (tj. Tchaj-wan) za sou\u010d\u00e1st sv\u00e9ho suver\u00e9nn\u00edho \u00fazem\u00ed, ost\u0159e kritizoval ozn\u00e1men\u00ed o zah\u00e1jen\u00ed ofici\u00e1ln\u00edch jedn\u00e1n\u00ed mezi Japonskem a Filip\u00ednami ohledn\u011b vymezen\u00ed n\u00e1mo\u0159n\u00ed hranice mezi ostrovy Yonaguni a Mavulis (kter\u00e9 se nach\u00e1zej\u00ed ve vod\u00e1ch v\u00fdchodn\u011b od Tchaj-wanu) s t\u00edm, \u017ee bez jeho vlastn\u00ed \u00fa\u010dasti by takov\u00e1 jedn\u00e1n\u00ed byla nelegitimn\u00ed. Japon\u0161t\u00ed odborn\u00edci na n\u00e1mo\u0159n\u00ed pr\u00e1vo v\u0161ak tento postoj ozna\u010dili za neopodstatn\u011bn\u00fd, nebo\u0165 je b\u011b\u017enou prax\u00ed, \u017ee dva st\u00e1ty vymez\u00ed sv\u00e9 n\u00e1mo\u0159n\u00ed hranice p\u0159edt\u00edm, ne\u017e se zab\u00fdvaj\u00ed p\u0159ekr\u00fdvaj\u00edc\u00edmi se n\u00e1roky t\u0159et\u00edch stran. A\u010dkoli se Tchaj-pej zpo\u010d\u00e1tku rovn\u011b\u017e sna\u017eila o \u00fa\u010dast na jedn\u00e1n\u00edch, prezident Laj \u010cching-te (\u8cf4\u6e05\u5fb7) pozd\u011bji s odkazem na \u00damluvu Organizace spojen\u00fdch n\u00e1rod\u016f o mo\u0159sk\u00e9m pr\u00e1vu (UNCLOS) i na st\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00ed dohody o rybolovu s ob\u011bma doty\u010dn\u00fdmi zem\u011bmi prohl\u00e1sil, \u017ee pr\u00e1va Tchaj-wanu v p\u0159\u00edslu\u0161n\u00fdch vod\u00e1ch jsou pln\u011b chr\u00e1n\u011bna.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u010c\u00ednsk\u00fd odpor nebyl pouze r\u00e9torick\u00fd. Od za\u010d\u00e1tku \u010dervna zintenzivnila \u010c\u00ednsk\u00e1 pob\u0159e\u017en\u00ed str\u00e1\u017e (CCG) <a href=\"https:\/\/www.japantimes.co.jp\/news\/2026\/06\/01\/japan\/china-patrol-taiwan-japan-philippines\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>patrolov\u00e1n\u00ed<\/strong><\/a><strong> v\u00fdchodn\u011b od Tchaj-wanu<\/strong>, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e sv\u00e9 aktivity ozna\u010dila za <strong>\u201edohled nad dodr\u017eov\u00e1n\u00edm p\u0159edpis\u016f v n\u00e1mo\u0159n\u00ed doprav\u011b\u201c<\/strong>. Do 24. \u010dervna <a href=\"https:\/\/www.defensenews.com\/global\/asia-pacific\/2026\/06\/24\/us-uk-france-germany-raise-alarm-about-chinese-patrols-off-eastern-taiwan\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">zkontrolovala<\/a> t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 200 proj\u00ed\u017ed\u011bj\u00edc\u00edch plavidel, aby tak <strong>demonstrovala jurisdikci \u010cLR nad danou oblast\u00ed<\/strong>. Tchaj-pej toto chov\u00e1n\u00ed ozna\u010duje za \u201eobt\u011b\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed\u201c obchodn\u00edch lod\u00ed a zpochyb\u0148uje legitimitu \u010d\u00ednsk\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edtomnosti.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Je pozoruhodn\u00e9, \u017ee dv\u011b <strong>plavidla CCG <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www3.nhk.or.jp\/nhkworld\/en\/news\/20260609_03\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>vplula<\/strong><\/a><strong> tak\u00e9 do japonsk\u00e9 EEZ<\/strong> u ostrova Jonaguni a setrvala tam d\u00e9le ne\u017e jeden den. A\u010dkoli vniknut\u00ed \u010d\u00ednsk\u00fdch vl\u00e1dn\u00edch plavidel do t\u00e9to oblasti nen\u00ed neobvykl\u00e9, tento p\u0159\u00edpad se odli\u0161uje jedn\u00edm podstatn\u00fdm detailem: Kdy\u017e byli \u010dlenov\u00e9 pos\u00e1dky CCG konfrontov\u00e1ny Japonskou pob\u0159e\u017en\u00ed str\u00e1\u017e\u00ed, bezosty\u0161n\u011b <strong>prohl\u00e1sili, \u017ee tyto vody spadaj\u00ed pod jurisdikci Pekingu<\/strong>. T\u00edm se bilater\u00e1ln\u00ed nap\u011bt\u00ed v\u00fdrazn\u011b zv\u00fd\u0161ilo.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Peking vyslal do p\u0159edm\u011btn\u00fdch vod tak\u00e9 <a href=\"https:\/\/www3.nhk.or.jp\/nhkworld\/en\/news\/20260619_02\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>v\u00fdzkumn\u00e9 plavidlo<\/strong><\/a>, kter\u00e9 svou misi prezentovalo jako \u201eenviroment\u00e1ln\u00ed pr\u016fzkum mo\u0159e\u201c. Expedici, kter\u00e1 mapovala podm\u00ednky pod mo\u0159skou hladinou, v\u010detn\u011b chemick\u00e9ho slo\u017een\u00ed vod a hydrometeorologick\u00fdch proces\u016f, doprov\u00e1zela dv\u011b plavidla CCG. Zat\u00edmco akce byla ofici\u00e1ln\u011b ozna\u010dena za snahu o ochranu mo\u0159sk\u00e9ho prost\u0159ed\u00ed, v j\u00e1dru t\u00e9to \u00fadajn\u011b vzne\u0161en\u00e9 \u010dinnosti stoj\u00ed <strong>sb\u011br <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/understandingwar.org\/research\/china-taiwan\/china-taiwan-update-june-18-2026\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>dat<\/strong><\/a><strong>, kter\u00e1 by mohla slou\u017eit k podpo\u0159e operac\u00ed ponorek<\/strong> a schopnost\u00ed podmo\u0159sk\u00e9 detekce. Z\u00a0hlediska \u010cLR se toti\u017e jedn\u00e1 o kl\u00ed\u010dovou oblast tvo\u0159\u00edc\u00ed strategick\u00fd n\u00e1mo\u0159n\u00ed uzel, kter\u00fd by m\u011bl z\u00e1sadn\u00ed v\u00fdznam p\u0159i jak\u00e9koli <strong>budouc\u00ed blok\u00e1d\u011b nebo vojensk\u00e9 operaci v\u016f\u010di Tchaj-wanu<\/strong>.<\/p><h2>Pro\u010d je to d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9?<\/h2><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Peking neust\u00e1le zesiluje sv\u00e9 \u00fasil\u00ed o roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159en\u00ed n\u00e1mo\u0159n\u00ed kontroly nad Jiho\u010d\u00ednsk\u00fdm mo\u0159em i nad vzd\u00e1len\u011bj\u0161\u00edmi oblastmi a postupn\u011b se sna\u017e\u00ed <strong>normalizovat p\u0159\u00edtomnost sv\u00fdch plavidel<\/strong> ve sporn\u00fdch vod\u00e1ch. Jeho asertivn\u00ed jedn\u00e1n\u00ed v prostoru \u201elinie dev\u00edti \u010dar\u201c ignoruje mezin\u00e1rodn\u00ed pr\u00e1vo a pokusy o odpor se setk\u00e1vaj\u00ed s <a href=\"https:\/\/europeanvalues.cz\/en\/winning-without-fighting-chinas-trade-pressure-on-japan\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ekonomick\u00fdm n\u00e1tlakem<\/a> nebo <a href=\"https:\/\/www.reuters.com\/world\/china\/china-sanctions-philippine-defence-secretary-over-erroneous-remarks-2026-06-11\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">c\u00edlen\u00fdmi sankcemi<\/a>.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Je z\u0159ejm\u00e9, \u017ee agresivn\u00ed \u010d\u00ednsk\u00e1 politika pos\u00edlila blok jej\u00edch odp\u016frc\u016f. P\u0159\u00edkladem je rychl\u00fd rozvoj vztah\u016f mezi Japonskem a Filip\u00ednami, kter\u00e9 nyn\u00ed vy\u00fastily v <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mofa.go.jp\/s_sa\/sea2\/ph\/pageite_000001_00012.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Komplexn\u00ed strategick\u00e9 partnerstv\u00ed<\/a> zahrnuj\u00edc\u00ed zejm\u00e9na t\u011bsnou vojenskou spolupr\u00e1ci. Av\u0161ak v sou\u010dasn\u00e9 h\u0159e na ku\u0159e je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9, aby odp\u016frci \u010c\u00edny, v\u010detn\u011b evropsk\u00fdch demokraci\u00ed, <strong>necouvly a zas\u00e1hly<\/strong> je\u0161t\u011b p\u0159edt\u00edm, ne\u017e \u010c\u00edna ztrat\u00ed posledn\u00ed z\u00e1brany zdr\u017euj\u00edc\u00ed jej\u00ed expanzionistick\u00e9 chov\u00e1n\u00ed.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Photo: Canva.com Foto: Canva.com What is happening?
