Diskuse, na n\u00ed\u017e se se\u0161li odborn\u00edci z Evropy a Tchaj-wanu, zkoum\u00e1, jak Tchaj-wan navazuje spolupr\u00e1ci s mezin\u00e1rodn\u00edmi partnery navzdory institucion\u00e1ln\u00edm omezen\u00edm a jak\u00e9 pou\u010den\u00ed z toho lze vyvodit pro demokratickou spolupr\u00e1ci ve st\u00e1le slo\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00edm bezpe\u010dnostn\u00edm prost\u0159ed\u00ed.<\/p><p>\u00da\u010dastn\u00edci diskutuj\u00ed o mezin\u00e1rodn\u00ed spolupr\u00e1ci Tchaj-wanu v oblasti vym\u00e1h\u00e1n\u00ed pr\u00e1va, v\u010detn\u011b bilater\u00e1ln\u00edch a multilater\u00e1ln\u00edch mechanism\u016f, kter\u00e9 usnad\u0148uj\u00ed soudn\u00ed a pr\u00e1vn\u00ed pomoc i p\u0159es absenci form\u00e1ln\u00ed \u00fa\u010dasti v Interpolu. Rozhovor se rovn\u011b\u017e zab\u00fdv\u00e1 praktickou spoluprac\u00ed Tchaj-wanu s mezin\u00e1rodn\u00edmi policejn\u00edmi strukturami prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm v\u00fdm\u011bny informac\u00ed, iniciativ na budov\u00e1n\u00ed kapacit a opera\u010dn\u00ed koordinace s partnery se stejn\u00fdm sm\u00fd\u0161len\u00edm.
