P\u0159edseda Sv\u011btov\u00e9 zdravotnick\u00e9 organizace (WHO) Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus p\u0159i t\u00e9to p\u0159\u00edle\u017eitosti apeloval na mezin\u00e1rodn\u00ed spole\u010denstv\u00ed a <b>zd\u016fraznil pot\u0159ebu \u201evybudovat novou glob\u00e1ln\u00ed zdravotn\u00ed architekturu p\u0159ipravenou na budoucnost\u201c<\/b>.<\/p><\/div><div><p>Leto\u0161n\u00ed shrom\u00e1\u017ed\u011bn\u00ed v\u0161ak op\u011bt podtrhuje p\u0159etrv\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00ed rozpor. <b>Ji\u017e des\u00e1t\u00fd rok v \u0159ad\u011b z\u016fstal z WHA vynech\u00e1n Tchaj-wan, navzdory principu shrom\u00e1\u017ed\u011bn\u00ed \u201enenechat nikoho stranou\u201c<\/b>. Toto vylou\u010den\u00ed pokra\u010duje i v dob\u011b, kdy se p\u0159eshrani\u010dn\u00ed zdravotn\u00ed hrozby st\u00e1vaj\u00ed st\u00e1le slo\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00edmi a vz\u00e1jemn\u011b propojen\u011bj\u0161\u00edmi, co\u017e posiluje obavy, \u017ee politick\u00e9 p\u0159ek\u00e1\u017eky podkop\u00e1vaj\u00ed kolektivn\u00ed zdravotn\u00ed bezpe\u010dnost.<\/p><\/div><div><p>Tchajwansk\u00e1 vl\u00e1da i ob\u010dansk\u00e1 spole\u010dnost v\u0161ak paraleln\u011b se zased\u00e1n\u00edm WHA pokra\u010duj\u00ed v prosazov\u00e1n\u00ed sv\u00e9ho poselstv\u00ed: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cna.com.tw\/business\/chinese\/434047\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><b>\u201eTchaj-wan m\u016f\u017ee pomoci, a Tchaj-wan pom\u00e1h\u00e1.\u201c<\/b><\/a> Prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm f\u00f3r, v\u00fdstav a mezin\u00e1rodn\u00edch aktivit se Tchaj-wan sna\u017e\u00ed uk\u00e1zat, \u017ee jeho kapacity v oblasti ve\u0159ejn\u00e9ho zdrav\u00ed, medic\u00ednsk\u00e1 expertiza a technologick\u00e9 inovace nejsou pro glob\u00e1ln\u00ed zdravotn\u00ed agendu pouze relevantn\u00ed, ale p\u0159\u00edmo nezbytn\u00e9.<\/p><\/div><div><p>Jedn\u00edm ze zp\u016fsob\u016f, jak toto poselstv\u00ed p\u0159edat, byl leto\u0161n\u00ed veletrh <a href=\"https:\/\/www.taiwantoday.tw\/2\/284009\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Taiwan Smart Medical and HealthTech Expo<\/a>, kter\u00fd prob\u011bhl pod heslem <b>\u201eWHO Cares? Taiwan Cares!\u201c <\/b>a se sloganem<b> \u201eChip in with Taiwan\u201c<\/b>. Akce p\u0159edstavila rostouc\u00ed roli Tchaj-wanu v glob\u00e1ln\u00edm dodavatelsk\u00e9m \u0159et\u011bzci chytr\u00e9 medic\u00edny a v s\u00edti pro prevenci nemoc\u00ed a uk\u00e1zala tak i dal\u0161\u00ed siln\u00e9 str\u00e1nky ostrova, ne\u017e jen zn\u00e1m\u00e9 polovodi\u010de a um\u011blou inteligenci.<\/p><\/div><div><p>Na veletrhu se se\u0161lo 30 tchajwansk\u00fdch zdravotnick\u00fdch center a spole\u010dnost\u00ed, co\u017e uk\u00e1zalo \u0161\u00ed\u0159i tchajwansk\u00e9ho zdravotnick\u00e9ho ekosyst\u00e9mu i jeho schopnost p\u0159isp\u00edvat praktick\u00fdmi \u0159e\u0161en\u00edmi jak v oblasti klinick\u00e9 p\u00e9\u010de, tak v odolnosti ve\u0159ejn\u00e9ho zdravotnictv\u00ed. Sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed byly tak\u00e9 t\u0159i p\u0159elomov\u00e9 odborn\u00e9 diskusn\u00ed panely zam\u011b\u0159en\u00e9 na onkologii a inovace, na snahy o glob\u00e1ln\u00ed vym\u00fdcen\u00ed hepatitidy C a na implementaci chytr\u00e9ho zdravotnictv\u00ed a modernizaci syst\u00e9m\u016f ve\u0159ejn\u00e9ho zdravotnictv\u00ed. Zvl\u00e1\u0161tn\u00ed sekce byla nav\u00edc v\u011bnov\u00e1na \u010dinnosti mezin\u00e1rodn\u00edho fondu <b>International Cooperation and Development Fund (TaiwanICDF) se s\u00eddlem v Tchaj-peji <\/b>upozor\u0148uj\u00edc\u00edho na <b>dlouhodob\u00e9 humanit\u00e1rn\u00ed a zdravotnick\u00e9 programy Tchaj-wanu<\/b>. Dohromady tyto aktivity <b>jasn\u011b ilustrovaly p\u0159ipravenost Tchaj-wanu pod\u00edlet se na glob\u00e1ln\u00ed zdravotn\u00ed spolupr\u00e1ci navzdory jeho form\u00e1ln\u00edmu vylou\u010den\u00ed ze syst\u00e9mu WHO<\/b>. Akce se \u00fadajn\u011b z\u00fa\u010dastnilo v\u00edce ne\u017e 610 p\u0159edstavitel\u016f zem\u00ed, kter\u00e9 jsou diplomatick\u00fdmi spojenci Tchaj-wanu, a tak\u00e9 p\u0159edstavitel\u016f mezin\u00e1rodn\u00edch l\u00e9ka\u0159sk\u00fdch asociac\u00ed. To potvrzuje d\u016fv\u011bryhodnost Tchaj-wanu a z\u00e1jem, kter\u00e9mu se ostrov nad\u00e1le t\u011b\u0161\u00ed.<\/p><\/div><div><p><a href=\"https:\/\/focustaiwan.tw\/politics\/202605190008\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><b>\u201eViry neznaj\u00ed hranice,\u201c<\/b><\/a> uvedl tchajwansk\u00fd ministr zdravotnictv\u00ed \u0160\u2019 \u010cchung-liang (Shish Chung-liang, \u77f3\u5d07\u826f). Zd\u016fraznil, \u017ee<b> ostrakizace Tchaj-wanu v d\u016fsledku \u010d\u00ednsk\u00e9ho tlaku nen\u00ed ztr\u00e1tou pouze pro samotn\u00fd ostrov, ale je i \u201eglob\u00e1ln\u00ed kriz\u00ed\u201c<\/b>. Podle \u0160\u2019a WHO b\u011bhem incidentu s v\u00fdletn\u00ed lod\u00ed zasa\u017eenou hantavirem po\u017e\u00e1dala Tchaj-wan o sd\u00edlen\u00ed zku\u0161enost\u00ed s prevenc\u00ed a zvl\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00edm epidemie. Bez form\u00e1ln\u00ed mo\u017enosti zapojen\u00ed se do organizac\u00ed p\u0159idru\u017een\u00fdch k OSN jsou v\u0161ak tchajwansk\u00e9 snahy a jeho mo\u017enost t\u011bmito zku\u0161enostmi n\u011bjak p\u0159isp\u011bt soustavn\u011b podr\u00fdv\u00e1ny.<\/p><\/div><div><p>Tato situace je obzvl\u00e1\u0161t\u011b relevantn\u00ed <b>v dob\u011b charakterizovan\u00e9 paraleln\u00edmi krizemi<\/b>. Nov\u00e9 pandemie, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.who.int\/news\/item\/17-05-2026-epidemic-of-ebola-disease-in-the-democratic-republic-of-the-congo-and-uganda-determined-a-public-health-emergency-of-international-concern\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">mimo\u0159\u00e1dn\u00e9 zdravotn\u00ed situace mezin\u00e1rodn\u00edho v\u00fdznamu spojen\u00e9 s ebolou (PHEIC)<\/a>, ekonomick\u00e1 nestabilita a klimatick\u00e9 zm\u011bny nad\u00e1le odhaluj\u00ed limity fragmentovan\u00e9ho \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed. <b>Odolnost ve\u0159ejn\u00e9ho zdravotnictv\u00ed je st\u00e1le v\u00edce vn\u00edm\u00e1na jako kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00fd pil\u00ed\u0159 tzv. netradi\u010dn\u00ed bezpe\u010dnosti, nikoli jako izolovan\u00e1 \u010d\u00e1st politiky.<\/b> V tomto kontextu nab\u00edz\u00ed tchajwansk\u00e1 zku\u0161enost v\u00edce ne\u017e jen symbolickou hodnotu. <b>P\u0159edstavuje funk\u010dn\u00ed model toho, jak lze propojit <\/b><a href=\"https:\/\/www.taipeitimes.com\/News\/taiwan\/archives\/2026\/05\/19\/2003857583\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><b>technologie, data a zdravotnick\u00e9 syst\u00e9my za \u00fa\u010delem pos\u00edlen\u00ed p\u0159ipravenosti a schopnosti reagovat.<\/b><\/a><\/p><\/div><div><p><b>Tchaj-wan opakovan\u011b prok\u00e1zal svou hodnotu jako d\u016fv\u011bryhodn\u00fd partner v oblasti zdravotn\u00ed bezpe\u010dnosti, a to jak pro z\u00e1padn\u00ed zem\u011b, tak pro partnery v Indo-Pacifiku. <\/b>V Evrop\u011b p\u0159isp\u011blo p\u0159izp\u016fsoben\u00ed se Tchaj-wanu mezin\u00e1rodn\u00edm regula\u010dn\u00edm r\u00e1mc\u016fm a farmaceutick\u00fdm standard\u016fm k pos\u00edlen\u00ed d\u016fv\u011bry v jeho instituce. Ve Spojen\u00fdch st\u00e1tech z\u00edskalo tchajwansk\u00e9 \u00fasil\u00ed v oblasti zvl\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00ed epidemi\u00ed uzn\u00e1n\u00ed prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ait.org.tw\/ait-lauds-taiwans-commitment-to-combat-ebola\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">American Institute in Taiwan (AIT)<\/a>. V cel\u00e9m Indo-Pacifiku pak tchajwansk\u00e1 partnerstv\u00ed uk\u00e1zala, jak m\u016f\u017ee jeho l\u00e9ka\u0159sk\u00e1 expertiza pomoci \u0159e\u0161it konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed probl\u00e9my jednotliv\u00fdch zem\u00ed. V\u00fdznamn\u00fdm p\u0159\u00edkladem je <a href=\"https:\/\/thephilbiznews.com\/2026\/05\/18\/op-ed-taiwanph-smart-health-partnership-that-works-in-practice\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">tchajwansko-filip\u00ednsk\u00e9 partnerstv\u00ed v oblasti chytr\u00e9ho zdravotnictv\u00ed<\/a>, kter\u00e9 nab\u00edz\u00ed praktick\u00e1 \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed geografick\u00fdch a administrativn\u00edch obt\u00ed\u017e\u00ed ostrovn\u00edho st\u00e1tu. Filip\u00edny se sv\u00fdmi rozpt\u00fdlen\u00fdmi ostrovn\u00edmi komunitami dlouhodob\u011b \u010del\u00ed probl\u00e9m\u016fm v oblasti reakc\u00ed na katastrofy, integrace zdravotn\u00edch dat a dostupnosti p\u00e9\u010de. <b>Zku\u0161enosti Tchaj-wanu v oblasti zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed dat N\u00e1rodn\u00edho zdravotn\u00edho poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed (NHI), telemedic\u00ednsk\u00e9 infrastruktury a diagnostiky podporovan\u00e9 um\u011blou inteligenc\u00ed poskytuj\u00ed model, jak tyto obt\u00ed\u017ee p\u0159ekonat a pos\u00edlit v\u0161eobecn\u011b dostupnou l\u00e9ka\u0159skou p\u00e9\u010di.<\/b><\/p><\/div><div><p>Ve chv\u00edli, kdy WHA vyz\u00fdv\u00e1 k inkluzivn\u011bj\u0161\u00edmu a na budoucnost p\u0159ipraven\u00e9mu glob\u00e1ln\u00edmu zdravotn\u00edmu \u0159\u00e1du, je st\u00e1le obt\u00ed\u017en\u011bj\u0161\u00ed tchajwansk\u00e9 poselstv\u00ed ignorovat.
