Ji\u017e p\u0159ed jeho vznikem v\u0161ak Tchaj-wan poskytoval zdravotnickou pomoc po cel\u00e9m sv\u011bt\u011b prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm zahrani\u010dn\u00edch l\u00e9ka\u0159sk\u00fdch mis\u00ed.
