Tento po\u010d\u00e1te\u010dn\u00ed bal\u00ed\u010dek zahrnuje <strong>t\u0159i projekty v hodnot\u011b 36 miliard dolar\u016f<\/strong>: tov\u00e1rnu na syntetick\u00e9 diamanty, projekt v\u00fdvozu ropy a velkou plynovou elektr\u00e1rnu.<\/p><p>Financov\u00e1n\u00ed vych\u00e1z\u00ed z bilater\u00e1ln\u00ed dohody o clech a investic\u00edch uzav\u0159en\u00e9 v \u010dervenci 2025. Ameri\u010dt\u00ed p\u0159edstavitel\u00e9 popisuj\u00ed tyto projekty jako prvn\u00ed krok k pos\u00edlen\u00ed dlouhodob\u00e9ho pr\u016fmyslov\u00e9ho partnerstv\u00ed obou zem\u00ed, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e ob\u011b zem\u011b si <a href=\"https:\/\/www.whitehouse.gov\/fact-sheets\/2025\/07\/fact-sheet-president-donald-j-trump-secures-unprecedented-u-s-japan-strategic-trade-and-investment-agreement\/?utm_source=chatgpt.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">p\u0159edsevzaly<\/a> usilovat o \u201eekonomickou prosperitu, v\u016fd\u010d\u00ed postaven\u00ed v oblasti pr\u016fmyslu a <strong>dlouhodobou bezpe\u010dnost<\/strong>\u201c.<\/p><p>V r\u00e1mci americko-japonsk\u00e9 aliance signalizuje dohoda <strong>posun od tradi\u010dn\u00edho sd\u00edlen\u00ed vojensk\u00fdch n\u00e1klad\u016f k sd\u00edlen\u00ed n\u00e1klad\u016f ekonomick\u00fdch<\/strong> \u2013 jde zde o roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159en\u00ed sd\u00edlen\u00e9 strategie na kapit\u00e1lov\u00e9 toky, pr\u016fmyslov\u00e9 infrastruktury a celn\u00ed politiku.<\/p><h2>\u00a0<\/h2><h2>Jak\u00e9 jsou \u0161ir\u0161\u00ed souvislosti?<\/h2><p>V \u00fanoru 2026 byl p\u0159edstaven prvn\u00ed investi\u010dn\u00ed bal\u00ed\u010dek, kter\u00fd zahrnuje <a href=\"https:\/\/www3.nhk.or.jp\/nhkworld\/en\/news\/20260218_07\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">t\u0159i projekty<\/a> maj\u00edc\u00ed pro Spojen\u00e9 st\u00e1ty strategick\u00fd v\u00fdznam. Jedn\u00edm z nich je tov\u00e1rna na v\u00fdrobu <strong>syntetick\u00fdch diamant\u016f<\/strong>, kter\u00e1 m\u00e1 b\u00fdt postavena v Georgii a kter\u00e1 zajist\u00ed z hlediska tohoto kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00e9ho materi\u00e1lu pou\u017e\u00edvan\u00e9ho v pokro\u010dil\u00fdch technologi\u00edch dom\u00e1c\u00ed sob\u011bsta\u010dnost. Dal\u0161\u00ed projekt podporuje roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159en\u00ed <strong>v\u00fdvozu ropy<\/strong> z USA v\u00fdstavbou hlubokomo\u0159sk\u00e9ho p\u0159ekladi\u0161t\u011b u pob\u0159e\u017e\u00ed Texasu. T\u0159et\u00edm projektem je v\u00fdstavba nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed plynov\u00e9 tepeln\u00e9 <strong>elektr\u00e1rny<\/strong> v USA, kter\u00e1 bude dod\u00e1vat elekt\u0159inu energeticky n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00fdm datov\u00fdm centr\u016fm pro um\u011blou inteligenci; elektr\u00e1rna m\u00e1 st\u00e1t v Ohiu. Ka\u017ed\u00fd z t\u011bchto projekt\u016f je v souladu s \u0161ir\u0161\u00ed snahou Washingtonu o zaji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed odolnosti dodavatelsk\u00fdch \u0159et\u011bzc\u016f a pr\u016fmyslov\u00e9 sob\u011bsta\u010dnosti.<\/p><p>A\u010dkoliv americk\u00fd prezident Donald J. Trump p\u0159edstavil tento r\u00e1mec jako v\u00fdznamn\u00fd p\u0159\u00edliv zahrani\u010dn\u00edho kapit\u00e1lu, jeho finan\u010dn\u00ed struktura je slo\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e u p\u0159\u00edm\u00fdch dotac\u00ed. Financov\u00e1n\u00ed je <a href=\"https:\/\/www.asahi.com\/ajw\/articles\/16351286\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">poskytov\u00e1no<\/a> p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm formou p\u016fj\u010dek a z\u00e1ruk pro zvolen\u00e9 japonsk\u00e9 spole\u010dnosti, kter\u00e9 jsou <strong>podporov\u00e1ny dv\u011bma vl\u00e1dn\u00edmi institucemi<\/strong>: Japonskou bankou pro mezin\u00e1rodn\u00ed spolupr\u00e1ci a Japonskou exportn\u00ed a investi\u010dn\u00ed poji\u0161\u0165ovnou. Pot\u00e9 se rozd\u011blen\u00ed v\u00fdnos\u016f v\u00fdrazn\u011b posune ve prosp\u011bch USA, v pom\u011bru 9:1.<\/p><p>V t\u00e9to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cas.go.jp\/jp\/seisaku\/tariff_measures\/houmon\/pdf\/250905oboegaki.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">dohod\u011b<\/a> jsou pozoruhodn\u00e1 dv\u011b ustanoven\u00ed. Za druh\u00e9, investi\u010dn\u00ed z\u00e1vazky mus\u00ed b\u00fdt finalizov\u00e1ny do 19. ledna 2029, tedy do konce druh\u00e9ho prezidentsk\u00e9ho obdob\u00ed Donalda Trumpa, co\u017e dohod\u011b prezentovan\u00e9 jako dlouhodob\u00fd strategick\u00fd pakt dod\u00e1v\u00e1 politick\u00fd \u010dasov\u00fd r\u00e1mec.<\/p><p><a href=\"https:\/\/mainichi.jp\/english\/articles\/20260218\/p2g\/00m\/0bu\/039000c\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Reakce trhu<\/a> byly zpo\u010d\u00e1tku pozitivn\u00ed a tokijsk\u00e9 akcie po ozn\u00e1men\u00ed projekt\u016f vzrostly. Japonsk\u00fd ministr zahrani\u010d\u00ed Motegi To\u0161imicu a americk\u00fd ministr zahrani\u010d\u00ed Marco Rubio se ned\u00e1vno <a href=\"https:\/\/www3.nhk.or.jp\/nhkworld\/en\/news\/20260215_04\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">setkali<\/a> b\u011bhem Mnichovsk\u00e9ho bezpe\u010dnostn\u00edho f\u00f3ra a shodli se zde na z\u00e1vazku <strong>prohlubovat bezpe\u010dnostn\u00ed spolupr\u00e1ci<\/strong> a posilovat odstra\u0161uj\u00edc\u00ed schopnosti.<\/p><p>Toto investi\u010dn\u00ed ujedn\u00e1n\u00ed je v kone\u010dn\u00e9m d\u016fsledku v\u00edce ne\u017e jen ekonomickou dohodou.
