Akce se konala ve spolupr\u00e1ci s tchajwanskou pobo\u010dkou organizace <strong>Report\u00e9\u0159i bez hranic (RSF).<br \/><br \/><\/strong>Za \u00fa\u010dasti <strong>Benedicta Rogerse<\/strong>, vedouc\u00edho \u0159editele organizace Fortify Rights, a <strong>Aleksandry K. Bielakowsk\u00e9<\/strong>, mana\u017eerky pro advokacii asijsko-pacifick\u00e9 pobo\u010dky organizace Report\u00e9\u0159i bez hranic (RSF), se na tomto kulat\u00e9m stole se\u0161li p\u0159edn\u00ed evrop\u0161t\u00ed odborn\u00edci na lidsk\u00e1 pr\u00e1va, aby projednali, jak se roz\u0161i\u0159uj\u00edc\u00ed se <strong>\u201epropast v oblasti lidsk\u00fdch pr\u00e1v\u201c<\/strong> mezi \u010c\u00ednskou lidovou republikou a Tchaj-wanem m\u011bn\u00ed vztahy mezi ob\u011bma stranami Tchajwansk\u00e9ho pr\u016flivu. \u0158e\u010dn\u00edci se zab\u00fdvali t\u00edm, jak strategie Pekingu v oblasti <strong>pr\u00e1vn\u00ed v\u00e1lky<\/strong> proti Tchaj-wanu \u2013 v\u010detn\u011b snah o prohlouben\u00ed pr\u00e1vn\u00edch a regula\u010dn\u00edch vazeb pod z\u00e1minkou \u201eintegrace\u201c \u2013 riskuje <strong>export norem \u010cLR <\/strong>a <strong>podkop\u00e1v\u00e1 ochranu pr\u00e1v<\/strong>. Diskuse se zab\u00fdvala zesiluj\u00edc\u00edmi se v\u00fdzvami v informa\u010dn\u00edm prostoru, v\u010detn\u011b <strong>zahrani\u010dn\u00edch informa\u010dn\u00edch manipulac\u00ed a vm\u011b\u0161ov\u00e1n\u00ed <\/strong>(FIMI), <strong>\u00fatok\u016f na novin\u00e1\u0159e<\/strong> a <strong>svobodu m\u00e9di\u00ed v \u010cLR<\/strong>, v\u010detn\u011b Hongkongu a Macaa, a <strong>nejist\u00e9 situace Hongkong\u010dan\u016f<\/strong> hledaj\u00edc\u00edch bezpe\u010d\u00ed a d\u016fstojnost v zahrani\u010d\u00ed. Na z\u00e1v\u011br kulat\u00e9ho stolu zhodnotili <strong>pr\u00e1vn\u00ed a institucion\u00e1ln\u00ed omezen\u00ed Tchaj-wanu<\/strong>, kter\u00fd aspiruje na roli nov\u00e9ho centra pro lidsk\u00e1 pr\u00e1va v regionu, a zd\u016fraznil p\u0159\u00edle\u017eitosti pro \u010deln\u00ed p\u0159edstavitele spolu s praktick\u00fdmi a politick\u00fdmi p\u0159ek\u00e1\u017ekami, kter\u00e9 je t\u0159eba p\u0159ekonat.<\/div><div><br \/>\u201eZa posledn\u00edch 10 let se <strong>\u010c\u00edna<\/strong> pod vl\u00e1dou Si \u0164in-pchinga <strong>stala t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 totalitn\u00edm st\u00e1tem<\/strong>. Dnes zde nen\u00ed prostor pro kritiku. Novin\u00e1\u0159i, kte\u0159\u00ed se odv\u00e1\u017e\u00ed nez\u00e1visle informovat o zv\u011brstvech nebo korupci Komunistick\u00e9 strany \u010c\u00edny, jsou <strong>zadr\u017eov\u00e1ni<\/strong>, <strong>miz\u00ed<\/strong> nebo jsou <strong>pron\u00e1sledov\u00e1ni<\/strong>. Re\u017eim v sou\u010dasn\u00e9 dob\u011b zadr\u017euje 120 novin\u00e1\u0159\u016f, co\u017e podle statistik RSF \u010din\u00ed z \u010c\u00edny <strong>nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed v\u011bznici novin\u00e1\u0159\u016f na sv\u011bt\u011b. <\/strong>Z\u00e1rove\u0148 se zem\u011b v \u017eeb\u0159\u00ed\u010dku svobody tisku RSF um\u00edstila na 178. m\u00edst\u011b ze 180, t\u011bsn\u011b p\u0159ed Severn\u00ed Koreou. <strong>Velk\u00fd skok zp\u011bt v oblasti \u017eurnalistiky<\/strong> v \u010c\u00edn\u011b je o to alarmuj\u00edc\u00ed, \u017ee ambice re\u017eimu nekon\u010d\u00ed u jej\u00edch hranic.
