Kot tak\u00e9 hovo\u0159ila o tom, jak p\u0159\u00edrodn\u00ed katastrofy, jako jsou tajfuny a sesuvy p\u016fdy, ne\u00fam\u011brn\u011b postihuj\u00ed domorod\u00e9 komunity, formuj\u00ed m\u00edstn\u00ed spr\u00e1vu, strategie odolnosti komunit a \u0161ir\u0161\u00ed politickou mobilizaci.
