Podle americk\u00e9ho INDOPACOMu zat\u00edm Peking poskytl 70 % obr\u00e1b\u011bc\u00edch stroj\u016f a 90 % zral\u00fdch \u010dip\u016f, kter\u00e9 Moskv\u011b umo\u017enily znovu od za\u010d\u00e1tku plnohodnotn\u00e9 rusk\u00e9 invaze na Ukrajinu obnovit svoji v\u00e1le\u010dn\u00fd ma\u0161in\u00e9rii.<\/li><li>\u010c\u00ednsk\u00e1 strategick\u00e1 podpora rusk\u00e9 v\u00e1lky v Evrop\u011b se ka\u017ed\u00fdm rokem zvy\u0161uje. Od roku 2022 \u010c\u00edna sladila sv\u00e9 pr\u016fmyslov\u00e9 a politick\u00e9 z\u00e1jmy se z\u00e1jmy Ruska. \u010c\u00ednsk\u00e1 podpora Moskvy se roz\u0161i\u0159uje ka\u017ed\u00fdm rokem.<\/li><li>Vzhledem k neochot\u011b Evropy uvalit na \u010c\u00ednu tvrd\u00e9 sankce Peking nepova\u017euje tento kontinent za hr\u00e1\u010de s v\u00fdznamn\u00fdm vlivem. Evrop\u011b se nepoda\u0159ilo zastavit \u010d\u00ednskou podporu rusk\u00e9 v\u00e1lky pr\u00e1v\u011b proto, \u017ee evropsk\u00e9 st\u00e1ty odm\u00edtaj\u00ed uvalit na Peking tvrd\u00e9 sankce.<\/li><li>\u010c\u00edna materi\u00e1ln\u011b podporuje rusk\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edpravy na mo\u017en\u00fd budouc\u00ed vojensk\u00fd \u00fatok na NATO. Rusk\u00fd st\u00e1t \u0159\u00edd\u00ed sv\u016fj pr\u016fmysl v\u00e1le\u010dn\u00fdm tempem, zat\u00edmco \u010c\u00edna poskytuje materi\u00e1ly, finan\u010dn\u00ed prost\u0159edky, technologickou, zpravodajskou a politickou podporu. Peking tak\u00e9 sabotuje evropsk\u00e9 zbrojen\u00ed t\u00edm, \u017ee omezuje dovoz kritick\u00fdch materi\u00e1l\u016f pro evropsk\u00fd obrann\u00fd pr\u016fmysl, co\u017e d\u00e1le pom\u00e1h\u00e1 Rusku. Evropa ned\u011bl\u00e1 nic jin\u00e9ho, ne\u017e \u017ee hlasit\u011b protestuje.<\/li><li>\u010c\u00edn\u0161t\u00ed pl\u00e1nova\u010di nyn\u00ed pe\u010dliv\u011b sleduj\u00ed evropsk\u00e9 kroky, aby mohli posoudit roli Evropy v budouc\u00edm konfliktu o Tchaj-wan. Pokud \u010c\u00edna za\u00fato\u010d\u00ed na Tchaj-wan, jist\u011b ztrat\u00ed americk\u00fd trh, \u010d\u00edm\u017e se Evropa stane nejd\u016fle\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00edm ekonomick\u00fdm partnerem \u010c\u00edny. Pokud Peking uvid\u00ed, \u017ee Evropa neulo\u017e\u00ed sankce za ruskou v\u00e1lku na Ukrajin\u011b, m\u016f\u017ee si b\u00fdt jist\u00fd, \u017ee Evropa nep\u0159eru\u0161\u00ed sv\u00e9 ekonomick\u00e9 vazby s Pekingem kv\u016fli konfliktu na Tchaj-wanu.
