Podn\u011bt podalo soudu spole\u010dn\u011b t\u0159icet \u0161est sen\u00e1tor\u016f po premi\u00e9r\u010din\u011b <strong>telefon\u00e1tu<\/strong> <strong>s b\u00fdval\u00fdm kambod\u017esk\u00fdm v\u016fdcem Hun Senem<\/strong>, v n\u011bm\u017e ho oslovovala jako \u201estr\u00fd\u010dka\u201c a kritizovala jednoho thajsk\u00fdch vojensk\u00fdch velitel\u016f kv\u016fli ned\u00e1vn\u00e9mu pohrani\u010dn\u00edmu st\u0159etu, p\u0159i n\u011bm\u017e zahynul jeden kambod\u017esk\u00fd voj\u00e1k.<\/p><p>Unikl\u00fd telefon\u00e1t byl v\u0161eobecn\u011b odsouzen jako podkop\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed suverenity Thajska a vyvolal <strong>masov\u00e9 protesty<\/strong>. Ty se konaly 28. \u010dervna u bangkoksk\u00e9ho Pam\u00e1tn\u00edku v\u00edt\u011bzstv\u00ed a vedla je <strong>\u00a0<\/strong>nov\u011b zalo\u017een\u00e1 Jednotn\u00e1 fronta na obranu thajsk\u00e9 suverenity (United Front to Defend Thai Sovereignty). <a href=\"https:\/\/nidapoll.nida.ac.th\/survey_detail?survey_id=759\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Pr\u016fzkum<\/a> ve\u0159ejn\u00e9ho m\u00edn\u011bn\u00ed agentury NIDA proveden\u00fd mezi 19. a 25. \u010dervnem uk\u00e1zal, \u017ee <strong>m\u00edra d\u016fv\u011bry v \u0160inavatru prudce klesla<\/strong> z 30,9 % na pouh\u00fdch 9,2 %.<\/p><p>V r\u00e1mci <a href=\"https:\/\/thailand.prd.go.th\/en\/content\/category\/detail\/id\/48\/iid\/402371#:~:text=Miss Linthiporn Varinwatchararoj as Deputy,Deputy Minister of Public Health.\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-wplink-url-error=\"true\"><strong>nov\u00e9ho slo\u017een\u00ed<\/strong><\/a><strong> vl\u00e1dy<\/strong>, kter\u00e9 bylo zve\u0159ejn\u011bno 1. \u010dervence v\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/ratchakitcha.soc.go.th\/documents\/76849.pdf?fbclid=IwY2xjawLQGmlleHRuA2FlbQIxMABicmlkETFOY1JtSHFQNWkzOXpYMTVhAR5DOKb4YTVK6ytqWmT_TXsFprKdj5-cR_xhgfkfB77ulbTYTiryHBry4mm-iA_aem_DXG6mjp2NZxhRg-vlnuG6Q\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">the Royal Gazette<\/a>, z\u016fst\u00e1v\u00e1 nicm\u00e9n\u011b \u0160inavatra i nyn\u00ed ve vl\u00e1d\u011b jako ministryn\u011b kultury. Funkce m\u00edstop\u0159edsedy vl\u00e1dy byla sv\u011b\u0159ena Pch\u00famtch\u00e1movi W\u00e9t\u010dchaja\u010dch\u00e1jovi, jej\u00edmu spolustran\u00edkovi ze <strong>Strany pro Thajce<\/strong> (Phak Phuea Thai, PTP), kter\u00fd v minulosti slou\u017eil jako \u0161\u00e9f obrany. V sou\u010dasn\u00e9 vl\u00e1d\u011b W\u00e9t\u010dchaja\u010dch\u00e1j p\u016fsob\u00ed tak\u00e9 jako ministr vnitra. Zm\u011bna kabinetu n\u00e1sledovala <strong>po \u010detn\u00fdch rezignac\u00edch<\/strong>, v\u010detn\u011b rezignac\u00ed <a href=\"https:\/\/ratchakitcha.soc.go.th\/documents\/75361.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">osmi ministr\u016f ze strany Bhumjaithai<\/a>, kte\u0159\u00ed se odvol\u00e1vali na to, \u017ee unikl\u00fd telefon\u00e1t m\u00e1 dopad na suverenitu a n\u00e1rodn\u00ed z\u00e1jmy Thajska.<\/p><h2>\u00a0<\/h2><h2>Jak\u00e9 jsou \u0161ir\u0161\u00ed souvislosti?<\/h2><p>Thajsko ji\u017e v\u00edce ne\u017e deset let trp\u00ed <strong>neust\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00ed demokratickou nestabilitou<\/strong>, kter\u00e1 se po parlamentn\u00edch volb\u00e1ch v roce 2023 je\u0161t\u011b prohloubila. Progresivn\u00ed strana Budoucnost vp\u0159ed (Move Forward Party, MFP) tehdy z\u00edskala <strong>nejv\u00edce k\u0159esel<\/strong>, ale vojensky jmenovan\u00fd Sen\u00e1t j\u00ed <strong>znemo\u017enil sestavit vl\u00e1du<\/strong>. V roce 2024 \u00dastavn\u00ed soud <strong>MFP rozpustil<\/strong>, proto\u017ee prosazovala reformu z\u00e1kona o l\u00e8se-majest\u00e9 (ur\u00e1\u017ece majest\u00e1tu), kter\u00fd je kodifikov\u00e1n v <a href=\"https:\/\/library.siam-legal.com\/thai-law\/criminal-code-royal-family-sections-107-112\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u00a7 112 trestn\u00edho z\u00e1kon\u00edku<\/a>. N\u00e1sledn\u011b spojenectv\u00ed s MFP opustila PTP (konzervativn\u011b-populistick\u00e1 s\u00edla odstaven\u00e1 od moci v roce 2014) a vytvo\u0159ila <strong>novou koalici s promilitaristick\u00fdmi<\/strong> stranami. Tato koalice dosadila v srpnu 2023 do funkce thajsk\u00e9ho premi\u00e9ra Sretthu Thavisina. Thavisinovo p\u016fsoben\u00ed v\u0161ak nem\u011blo dlouh\u00e9ho trv\u00e1n\u00ed: 14. srpna 2024 byl z funkce <a href=\"https:\/\/www.aljazeera.com\/news\/2024\/8\/14\/thai-court-orders-dismissal-of-prime-minister-srettha-thavisin\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">odvol\u00e1n<\/a> pot\u00e9, co jmenoval ministra, kter\u00fd byl v minulosti odsouzen za trestn\u00fd \u010din.<\/p><p>Sn\u011bmovna reprezentant\u016f pot\u00e9 zvolila novou thajskou premi\u00e9rkou Petongt\u00e1n \u0160inawatru. (Ta je dcerou exilov\u00e9ho b\u00fdval\u00e9ho v\u016fdce Tchaksina \u0160inavatry a nete\u0159\u00ed svr\u017een\u00e9 premi\u00e9rky Jinglak \u0160inavatry a je tak t\u0159et\u00edm \u010dlenem rodiny v t\u00e9to funkci.) Je\u0161t\u011b p\u0159ed n\u00e1stupem do funkce <strong>\u010delila Petongt\u00e1n kritice<\/strong> kv\u016fli sv\u00e9mu rodinn\u00e9mu p\u016fvodu \u2013 jej\u00ed rodina je spojov\u00e1na s korupc\u00ed \u2013 a byla obvi\u0148ov\u00e1na z toho, \u017ee je jen loutkou sv\u00e9ho otce.<\/p><h2>\u00a0<\/h2><h2>Pro\u010d je to d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9?<\/h2><p>V zemi, kde se t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 ka\u017ed\u00fd rok m\u011bn\u00ed veden\u00ed, prohloubilo odvol\u00e1n\u00ed \u0160inavatry nejistotu a p\u0159i\u017eivilo <a href=\"https:\/\/nidapoll.nida.ac.th\/survey_detail?survey_id=761\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>po\u017eadavky ve\u0159ejnosti<\/strong><\/a> na jej\u00ed <strong>odstoupen\u00ed<\/strong>, nebo na <strong>nov\u00e9 volby<\/strong>. Tato p\u0159etrv\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00ed nestabilita ohro\u017euje d\u016fv\u011bru investor\u016f a <strong>p\u0159in\u00e1\u0161\u00ed riziko dal\u0161\u00edch hospod\u00e1\u0159sk\u00fdch dopad\u016f <\/strong>\u2013 zejm\u00e9na v\u00a0sou\u010dasn\u00e9 dob\u011b, kdy se Thajsko pot\u00fdk\u00e1 s vn\u011bj\u0161\u00edmi tlaky, jako jsou americk\u00e1 cla, a s k\u0159ehkou ekonomikou z\u00e1vislou na cestovn\u00edm ruchu. Mnoz\u00ed se ob\u00e1vaj\u00ed, \u017ee dal\u0161\u00ed vojensk\u00fd p\u0159evrat by mohl <strong>zemi uvrhnout zp\u011bt pod autorit\u00e1\u0159skou vl\u00e1du<\/strong> a thajskou ekonomiku je\u0161t\u011b v\u00edce po\u0161kodit. Naproti tomu rozpu\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed parlamentu a uspo\u0159\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00ed voleb by mohlo <strong>obnovit d\u016fv\u011bru ve\u0159ejnosti v demokracii<\/strong>.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Photo: The new meeting chamber of the House of Representatives, Pra Suriyan Meeting Chamber.
