Vl\u00e1da Williama Laie (Laj \u010cching-te, \u8cf4\u6e05\u5fb7) <a href=\"https:\/\/www.spglobal.com\/commodity-insights\/en\/news-research\/latest-news\/electric-power\/051825-taiwan-moves-to-shut-last-nuclear-reactor-amid-shift-to-gas-renewables\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">podnikla<\/a> 17. kv\u011btna z\u00e1sadn\u00ed krok k realizaci strategie <strong>\u201ebezjadern\u00e9 vlasti\u201c <\/strong>(<em>nuclear-free homeland<\/em>), kdy\u017e odstavila posledn\u00ed funk\u010dn\u00ed jadern\u00fd reaktor v zemi. Ministerstvo hospod\u00e1\u0159stv\u00ed z\u00e1rove\u0148 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.moea.gov.tw\/MNS\/english\/news\/News.aspx?kind=6&amp;menu_id=176&amp;news_id=115933\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">p\u0159edpov\u00edd\u00e1<\/a>, \u017ee do roku 2030 <strong>vzroste popt\u00e1vka po energii <\/strong>p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b o 13 %, co\u017e je trend posilovan\u00fd <strong>r\u016fstem trhu s polovodi\u010di<\/strong> a Laiovou <a href=\"https:\/\/www.taipeitimes.com\/News\/front\/archives\/2024\/06\/05\/2003818882\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ambic\u00ed<\/a> u\u010dinit z Tchaj-wanu l\u00eddra v oblasti <strong>technologi\u00ed um\u011bl\u00e9 inteligence<\/strong> (AI). V d\u016fsledku toho je prob\u00edhaj\u00edc\u00ed <a href=\"http:\/\/moea.gov.tw\/MNS\/english\/Policy\/Policy.aspx?menu_id=32904&amp;policy_id=19\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>energetick\u00e1 transformace<\/strong><\/a> Tchaj-wanu procesem s <strong>v\u00fdznamn\u00fdmi d\u016fsledky<\/strong> nejen pro jeho <strong>pr\u016fmyslovou politiku<\/strong> a <strong>glob\u00e1ln\u00ed<\/strong> <strong>konkurenceschopnost<\/strong>, ale tak\u00e9 pro <strong>bezpe\u010dnostn\u00ed postaven\u00ed<\/strong> ostrova a pro jeho <strong>dom\u00e1c\u00ed politiku<\/strong>.<\/p><p>V souvislosti se <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cca.gov.tw\/en\/climatetalks\/net-zero-roadmap\/1891.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">snahami<\/a> o <strong>zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed pod\u00edlu obnoviteln\u00fdch<\/strong> <strong>zdroj\u016f<\/strong> na Tchaj-wanu se do pop\u0159ed\u00ed z\u00e1jmu pomalu dost\u00e1v\u00e1 d\u0159\u00edve nedocen\u011bn\u00e1 technologie \u2013 <strong>geoterm\u00e1ln\u00ed energie<\/strong>. Ostrovn\u00ed st\u00e1t se nach\u00e1z\u00ed na tichomo\u0159sk\u00e9m Ohniv\u00e9m kruhu a m\u016f\u017ee se pochlubit <strong>v\u00fdznamn\u00fdmi geoterm\u00e1ln\u00edmi zdroji,<\/strong> jejich\u017e potenci\u00e1l pro v\u00fdrobu elekt\u0159iny se odhaduje na 1 a\u017e 6 GW. V \u010dele \u00fasil\u00ed o napln\u011bn\u00ed tohoto potenci\u00e1lu by mohly st\u00e1t <strong>evropsk\u00e9 spole\u010dnosti.<\/strong><\/p><h2>\u00a0<\/h2><h2>Jak\u00e9 jsou \u0161ir\u0161\u00ed souvislosti?<\/h2><p>V hlavn\u00edm m\u011bst\u011b Tchaj-wanu, Tchaj-peji, se nach\u00e1z\u00ed \u010darod\u011bjnick\u00fd kotl\u00edk. Nejsevern\u011bj\u0161\u00ed \u010dtvr\u0165 Pej-tchou (\u5317\u6295), proslul\u00e1 mezi milovn\u00edky hork\u00fdch pramen\u016f, odvozuje sv\u016fj n\u00e1zev z jazyka Ketagalan\u016f, p\u016fvodn\u00edch obyvatel tchajpejsk\u00e9 kotliny. Ti, fascinov\u00e1ni p\u0159irozen\u011b se vyskytuj\u00edc\u00edmi hork\u00fdmi vodami v sope\u010dn\u00e9 oblasti Ta-tchun, pova\u017eovali tato m\u00edsta za zemi \u010darod\u011bjnic \u2013 <em>Pataauw<\/em>. Dnes se v\u0161ak tento geoterm\u00e1ln\u00ed potenci\u00e1l st\u00e1v\u00e1 n\u011b\u010d\u00edm podstatn\u011bj\u0161\u00edm ne\u017e jen tajemstv\u00edm divotv\u016frc\u016f nebo palivem pro l\u00e1ze\u0148sk\u00e9 k\u00fary lid\u00ed z m\u011bsta \u2013 m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt v\u00fdznamn\u00fdm zdrojem energie.<\/p><p>Geologick\u00e1 poloha Tchaj-wanu na tichomo\u0159sk\u00e9m Ohniv\u00e9m kruhu mu d\u00e1v\u00e1 p\u0159\u00edstup ke stabiln\u00edmu a spolehliv\u00e9mu <a href=\"https:\/\/www.baseloadcap.com\/surfacing-taiwans-geothermal-power-potential\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">zdroji energie<\/a>, kter\u00fd se m\u016f\u017ee st\u00e1t <strong>dopl\u0148kem k nest\u00e1l\u00fdm obnoviteln\u00fdm zdroj\u016fm<\/strong>. Na rozd\u00edl od sol\u00e1rn\u00edch nebo v\u011btrn\u00fdch elektr\u00e1ren mohou geoterm\u00e1ln\u00ed elektr\u00e1rny poskytovat elekt\u0159inu 24 hodin denn\u011b, co\u017e je ide\u00e1ln\u00ed pro <strong>kritick\u00e1 odv\u011btv\u00ed<\/strong>, jako je <strong>v\u00fdroba, zdravotnictv\u00ed nebo <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/blog.google\/around-the-globe\/google-asia\/geothermal-taiwan\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>datov\u00e1 centra<\/strong><\/a><strong>.<\/strong> Vzhledem k odhadovan\u00e9mu potenci\u00e1lu geoterm\u00e1ln\u00ed energie a\u017e 6 GW si Tchaj-wan <a href=\"https:\/\/service.cca.gov.tw\/File\/Get\/climatetalks\/zh-tw\/qyj8WnQEdoUyen3\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">stanovil<\/a> ambici\u00f3zn\u00ed c\u00edle: 20 MW vyprodukovan\u00fdch do roku 2025, 200 MW do roku 2030 a 6 GW do roku 2050. Rychl\u00e9mu rozvoji v\u0161ak st\u00e1le br\u00e1n\u00ed vysok\u00e9 po\u010d\u00e1te\u010dn\u00ed n\u00e1klady, nejistota v oblasti regulace \u2013 zejm\u00e9na v domorod\u00fdch a chr\u00e1n\u011bn\u00fdch oblastech \u2013 a omezen\u00e1 informovanost ve\u0159ejnosti.<\/p><p>V roce 2024 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.taipower.com.tw\/2764\/2826\/2829\/2834\/25102\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">vyrobil<\/a> Tchaj-wan v\u00edce ne\u017e 82 % elekt\u0159iny z <strong>tepeln\u00fdch zdroj\u016f<\/strong>, p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm z <strong>ropy<\/strong> a <strong>plynu<\/strong>. <strong>Obnoviteln\u00e9<\/strong> <strong>zdroje<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.taipower.com.tw\/2764\/2826\/2842\/2845\/25140\/normalPost\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">tvo\u0159ily<\/a> necel\u00fdch 12 % celkov\u00e9ho energetick\u00e9ho mixu, \u010d\u00edm\u017e <strong>nedos\u00e1hly c\u00edle 20 %<\/strong> stanoven\u00e9ho pro rok 2025. Dominantn\u00edmi obnoviteln\u00fdmi zdroji byly <strong>sol\u00e1rn\u00ed<\/strong> a <strong>v\u011btrn\u00e1 energie<\/strong>, kter\u00e9 dohromady tvo\u0159ily v\u00edce ne\u017e t\u0159i \u010dtvrtiny celkov\u00e9 v\u00fdroby elekt\u0159iny z obnoviteln\u00fdch zdroj\u016f. Produkce geoterm\u00e1ln\u00ed energie z\u016fstala na 7 MW.<\/p><h2>\u00a0<\/h2><h2>Pro\u010d je to d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9?<\/h2><p>S trval\u00fdm politick\u00fdm z\u00e1jmem, zapojen\u00edm soukrom\u00e9ho sektoru a mezin\u00e1rodn\u00ed spoluprac\u00ed se <strong>geoterm\u00e1ln\u00ed energie<\/strong> m\u016f\u017ee zm\u011bnit z\u00a0okrajov\u00e9ho segmentu trhu na <strong>v\u00fdznamn\u00fd pil\u00ed\u0159<\/strong> <strong>bezpe\u010dn\u00e9 a udr\u017eiteln\u00e9 energetick\u00e9 <\/strong>budoucnosti Tchaj-wanu.<\/p><p>K\u00a0tomu, aby rozvoj geoterm\u00e1ln\u00ed energie nabral obr\u00e1tky a tyto p\u0159ek\u00e1\u017eky p\u0159ekonal, by mohla p\u0159isp\u011bt <strong>u\u017e\u0161\u00ed spolupr\u00e1ce mezi Evropou a Tchaj-wanem<\/strong>. Existuje n\u011bkolik konkr\u00e9tn\u00edch politick\u00fdch opat\u0159en\u00ed, kter\u00e1 mohou spole\u010dnou pr\u00e1ci v tomto odv\u011btv\u00ed podpo\u0159it:<\/p><p>Zaprv\u00e9, z\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed <strong>Geoterm\u00e1ln\u00edho inova\u010dn\u00edho partnerstv\u00ed mezi Tchaj-wanem a EU<\/strong> by podpo\u0159ilo spole\u010dn\u00fd v\u00fdzkum a v\u00fdvoj (R&amp;D), realizaci uk\u00e1zkov\u00fdch projekt\u016f a p\u0159enos technologi\u00ed. Zadruh\u00e9, <strong>harmonizace norem a certifikace<\/strong> mezi ob\u011bma regiony by mohla zefektivnit povolovac\u00ed procesy a podpo\u0159it evropsk\u00e9 investice. Zat\u0159et\u00ed, <strong>geoterm\u00e1ln\u00ed fond pro pilotn\u00ed projekty<\/strong> podporovan\u00fd st\u00e1tn\u00edmi bankami a investi\u010dn\u00edmi subjekty by pomohl sn\u00ed\u017eit rizika v ran\u00e9 f\u00e1zi projekt\u016f a p\u0159il\u00e1kat soukrom\u00fd kapit\u00e1l. Za\u010dtvrt\u00e9, <strong>strukturovan\u00e9 programy mobility a v\u00fdm\u011bny pracovn\u00edch sil<\/strong>, zejm\u00e9na pro odborn\u00edky p\u0159ech\u00e1zej\u00edc\u00ed z ropn\u00e9ho a plyn\u00e1rensk\u00e9ho sektoru, by pos\u00edlily nab\u00eddku talent\u016f v\u00a0tomto oboru.
