P\u0159esto\u017ee jsou vynech\u00e1ny citliv\u00e9 detaily, nab\u00edz\u00ed tato zpr\u00e1va strategick\u00e9 poznatky o zranitelnosti Evropy, potenci\u00e1ln\u00edm diplomatick\u00e9m tlaku USA a ekonomick\u00e9m vlivu \u010c\u00edny na zem\u011b EU.<\/p><p>Z\u00edskan\u00e9 poznatky ukazuj\u00ed na pot\u0159ebu lep\u0161\u00edho strategick\u00e9ho pl\u00e1nov\u00e1n\u00ed nap\u0159\u00ed\u010d Evropou, zahrnuj\u00edc\u00edho vyhodnocov\u00e1n\u00ed n\u00e1rodn\u00edch zranitelnost\u00ed, soubor opat\u0159en\u00ed pro reakci na krize, koordinaci podnik\u016f a vl\u00e1d a v\u00a0neposledn\u00ed \u0159ad\u011b tak\u00e9 p\u0159edem projednan\u00e9 sank\u010dn\u00ed mechanismy.
