Spole\u010dnost Tripod Technology ned\u00e1vno ve vietnamsk\u00e9 ji\u017en\u00ed provincii Ba Ria-Vung Tau <a href=\"https:\/\/mekongasean.vn\/viet-nam-la-diem-den-dau-tu-hang-dau-thu-hut-cac-doanh-nghiep-dai-loan-32439.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">investovala 250 milion\u016f dolar\u016f<\/a>.<\/p><h2>\u00a0<\/h2><h2>Jak\u00e9 jsou \u0161ir\u0161\u00ed souvislosti?<\/h2><p>Mnoho velk\u00fdch tchajwansk\u00fdch technologick\u00fdch firem v sou\u010dasnosti diverzifikuje svou p\u0159\u00edtomnost v r\u016fzn\u00fdch zem\u00edch sv\u011bta, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e mnoh\u00e9 z nich se kv\u016fli pokra\u010duj\u00edc\u00edmu obchodn\u00edmu nap\u011bt\u00ed mezi Spojen\u00fdmi st\u00e1ty a \u010c\u00ednou p\u0159esouvaj\u00ed pr\u00e1v\u011b do Vietnamu. Tyto podniky se sna\u017e\u00ed <a href=\"https:\/\/diendandoanhnghiep.vn\/ly-do-viet-nam-tro-thanh-diem-den-hap-dan-voi-cac-nha-dau-tu-dai-loan-10140717.html#:~:text=Theo V\u0103n ph\u00f2ng Kinh t\u1ebf,c\u1ee7a \u0110\u00e0i Loan%2C sau Singapore.\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-wplink-url-error=\"true\">vyu\u017e\u00edt<\/a> mladou a levnou vietnamskou pracovn\u00ed s\u00edlu, stejn\u011b jako politiku otev\u0159en\u00fdch dve\u0159\u00ed a stabiln\u00ed politick\u00e9 klima ve Vietnamu \u2013 v\u0161echny tyto faktory jsou pro tchajwansk\u00e9 spole\u010dnosti v\u00fdhodn\u00e9.<\/p><p>Vietnam se stal p\u0159edn\u00ed investi\u010dn\u00ed destinac\u00ed p\u0159itahuj\u00edc\u00ed tchajwansk\u00e9 podniky. V prvn\u00edch \u0161esti m\u011bs\u00edc\u00edch leto\u0161n\u00edho roku si Vietnam <a href=\"https:\/\/industrial.savills.com.vn\/2024\/07\/xu-huong-dau-tu-san-xuat-cua-dai-loan-tai-viet-nam-trong-nua-dau-nam-2024\/?lang=vi\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">zajistil<\/a> registrovan\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edm\u00e9 zahrani\u010dn\u00ed investice (PZI) ve v\u00fd\u0161i 15,18 miliard USD, co\u017e p\u0159edstavuje 13 % n\u00e1r\u016fst oproti lo\u0148sk\u00e9mu roku. Z toho 70 % p\u0159ipad\u00e1 na v\u00fdrobn\u00ed sektor s celkov\u00fdm registrovan\u00fdm kapit\u00e1lem 10,68 miliardy USD, co\u017e znamen\u00e1 26 % n\u00e1r\u016fst oproti stejn\u00e9mu obdob\u00ed v p\u0159edchoz\u00edm roce. V posledn\u00edch letech se tak v zemi d\u00edky <a href=\"https:\/\/english.vov.vn\/en\/economy\/taiwanese-investment-fuels-high-tech-vietnamese-industry-post1114534.vov\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">preferen\u010dn\u00ed politice<\/a> a otev\u0159en\u00e9mu postoji vietnamsk\u00e9 vl\u00e1dy rozrostl i\u00a0tchajwansk\u00fd pr\u016fmysl v odv\u011btv\u00ed \u0161pi\u010dkov\u00fdch technologi\u00ed.<\/p><p>Vietnam, se sv\u00fdmi 100 miliony obyvatel, aktivn\u011b <a href=\"https:\/\/plo.vn\/doanh-nghiep-cong-nghe-dai-loan-muon-mo-rong-dau-tu-o-viet-nam-post805029.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">podporuje<\/a> ekologickou transformaci v\u00a0r\u016fzn\u00fdch pr\u016fmyslov\u00fdch odv\u011btv\u00edch. To otev\u00edr\u00e1 vietnamsk\u00fdm ob\u010dan\u016fm rozli\u010dn\u00e9 mo\u017enosti, jak technologick\u00e9 produkty od tchajwansk\u00fdch technologick\u00fdch podnik\u016f vyu\u017e\u00edvat.<\/p><h2>\u00a0<\/h2><h2>Pro\u010d je to d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9?<\/h2><p>B\u011bhem prvn\u00edch dvaceti let od chv\u00edle, kdy Hanoj za\u010dala realizovat program ekonomick\u00fdch reforem (vietnamsky <em>\u0110\u1ed5i M\u1edbi)<\/em>, se Tchaj-wan stal hlavn\u00edm zdrojem zahrani\u010dn\u00edch investic ve Vietnamu. \u00da\u010dast Tchaj-wanu pom\u00e1h\u00e1 podpo\u0159it socioekonomick\u00fd rozvoj Vietnamu a vytv\u00e1\u0159\u00ed pro m\u00edstn\u00ed zam\u011bstnance mnoho pracovn\u00edch pozic.<\/p><p>P\u0159\u00edliv p\u0159\u00edm\u00fdch zahrani\u010dn\u00edch investic z Tchaj-wanu do Vietnamu neust\u00e1le roste. Vietnam \u2013 jako c\u00edlov\u00e1 zem\u011b Nov\u00e9 politiky Tchaj-wanu zam\u011b\u0159en\u00e9 na jih (New Southbound Policy, NSP), kter\u00e1 byla zah\u00e1jena v roce 2016 s c\u00edlem pos\u00edlit spolupr\u00e1ci ostrova s partnery v jihov\u00fdchodn\u00ed Asii \u2013 z\u00edskal od Tchaj-wanu v\u00fdznamn\u00e9 investice. Z tchajwansk\u00fdch investic do \u0161pi\u010dkov\u00fdch technologi\u00ed by Vietnam mohl t\u011b\u017eit i proto, \u017ee spolupr\u00e1ce v oblasti \u0161pi\u010dkov\u00fdch technologi\u00ed je pro n\u011bj cestou k dosa\u017een\u00ed sv\u00e9ho c\u00edle st\u00e1t se sv\u011btov\u00fdm \u201e<a href=\"https:\/\/vir.com.vn\/taiwanese-interest-in-electronics-continues-to-surge-113092.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">polovodi\u010dov\u00fdm centrem<\/a>\u201c.<\/p><p>Schopnost zajistit mladou, st\u00e1le kvalifikovan\u011bj\u0161\u00ed pracovn\u00ed s\u00edlu spole\u010dn\u011b s relativn\u011b stabiln\u00edm podnikatelsk\u00fdm prost\u0159ed\u00edm pomohly <a href=\"https:\/\/thuenhanuoc.vn\/tapchi\/chuyen-muc\/doanh-nghiep-thi-truong\/ee5a4651-49cb-429c-99e8-92e0c7267cda\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">zlep\u0161it<\/a> pov\u011bst zem\u011b v o\u010d\u00edch tchajwansk\u00fdch v\u00fdrobc\u016f technologi\u00ed, jako jsou Foxconn, Pegatron, Compal a Wistron. Tyto spole\u010dnosti si ve Vietnamu vybudovaly pevn\u00e9 z\u00e1zem\u00ed, aby diverzifikovaly dodavatelsk\u00e9 \u0159et\u011bzce a minimalizovaly v\u00fdrobn\u00ed rizika.<\/p><p>Na pozad\u00ed strategick\u00e9ho soupe\u0159en\u00ed Washingtonu a Pekingu se mnoho tchajwansk\u00fdch spole\u010dnost\u00ed sna\u017e\u00ed zajistit si ve Vietnamu sv\u00e9 m\u00edsto, zejm\u00e9na ve strategick\u00fdch odv\u011btv\u00edch jako je elektronika a technologie.
