Ve st\u0159edu 14. srpna ozn\u00e1mil<\/a> japonsk\u00fd premi\u00e9r Fumio Ki\u0161ida, \u017ee nebude kandidovat<\/strong> v\u00a0bl\u00ed\u017e\u00edc\u00edch se volb\u00e1ch do veden\u00ed sv\u00e9 Liber\u00e1ln\u011b demokratick\u00e9 strany (LDP). P\u0159esto\u017ee byl pom\u011brn\u011b \u00fasp\u011b\u0161n\u00fd v mezin\u00e1rodn\u00edch z\u00e1le\u017eitostech, \u010delil hned n\u011bkolika v\u00fdzv\u00e1m na dom\u00e1c\u00ed sc\u00e9n\u011b<\/strong>, v\u010detn\u011b r\u016fzn\u00fdch skand\u00e1l\u016f LDP, vysok\u00e9 inflace a sl\u00e1bnouc\u00edho jenu, co\u017e v\u0161echno vedlo k prudk\u00e9mu poklesu ve\u0159ejn\u00e9 podpory pro jeho kabinet. V\u00edt\u011bz nadch\u00e1zej\u00edc\u00edch z\u00e1\u0159ijov\u00fdch voleb do veden\u00ed strany <\/strong>se tak stane nejen nov\u00fdm premi\u00e9rem Japonska<\/strong>, ale tak\u00e9 p\u0159edsedou strany, kterou v p\u0159\u00ed\u0161t\u00edm roce povede do japonsk\u00fdch voleb. Zm\u011bnou veden\u00ed rok p\u0159ed t\u011bmito volbami chce LDP zajistit, \u017ee si udr\u017e\u00ed sv\u00e9 dominantn\u00ed postaven\u00ed v japonsk\u00e9m politick\u00e9m ekosyst\u00e9mu.<\/p>

Jak\u00e9 jsou \u0161ir\u0161\u00ed souvislosti?<\/h2>

Kdy\u017e Ki\u0161ida nastoupil v roce 2021 do \u00fa\u0159adu, prohl\u00e1sil<\/a>, \u017ee vyvede Japonsko z\u00a0covidov\u00e9 krize<\/strong>, av\u0161ak dal\u0161\u00edch kriz\u00ed k\u00a0\u0159e\u0161en\u00ed na n\u011bj \u010dekalo mnohem v\u00edce. Pandemie a jej\u00ed n\u00e1sledky zhor\u0161ily deflaci<\/a>, se kterou Japonsko bojuje u\u017e des\u00edtky let. Spot\u0159ebitelsk\u00e9 ceny<\/strong> neust\u00e1le rostou, zat\u00edmco pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e9 mzdy<\/strong> z\u016fst\u00e1vaj\u00ed n\u00edzk\u00e9, co\u017e prohlubuje dal\u0161\u00ed dlouhodob\u00fd probl\u00e9m, a sice n\u00edzkou porodnost<\/strong> a rychle klesaj\u00edc\u00ed po\u010det obyvatel<\/strong>. V roce 2023 klesl po\u010det narozen\u00fdch na nejni\u017e\u0161\u00ed hodnotu od za\u010d\u00e1tku m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed roku 1899. Z\u00e1rove\u0148 se zrychlil \u00fabytek populace, kter\u00fd v lo\u0148sk\u00e9m roce dos\u00e1hl<\/a> na \u010d\u00edslo 831 872. Oslaben\u00ed japonsk\u00e9ho jenu<\/strong> sice u\u010dinilo z Japonska je\u0161t\u011b atraktivn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed turistickou destinaci, ale v kombinaci s dal\u0161\u00edmi faktory tak\u00e9 zp\u016fsobilo, \u017ee zemi vyst\u0159\u00eddalo na pozici t\u0159et\u00ed nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed ekonomiky sv\u011bta N\u011bmecko. Nav\u00edc se o\u010dek\u00e1v\u00e1<\/a>, \u017ee N\u011bmecko i Japonsko brzy p\u0159edb\u011bhne Indie, co\u017e by Japonsko v celosv\u011btov\u00e9m \u017eeb\u0159\u00ed\u010dku posunulo je\u0161t\u011b n\u00ed\u017ee. Nespokojenost ve\u0159ejnosti d\u00e1le rozdm\u00fdchal skand\u00e1l LDP s politick\u00fdm financov\u00e1n\u00edm<\/strong>, kter\u00fd se vyvinul v jeden z nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00edch korup\u010dn\u00edch p\u0159\u00edpad\u016f v zemi za posledn\u00ed desetilet\u00ed<\/a>. V d\u016fsledku toho byla ve\u0159ejn\u00e1 podpora<\/a> kabinetu v \u010dervenci pouze 15,5 %<\/strong>, zat\u00edmco m\u00edra nepodpory \u010dinila 58,4 %<\/strong>.<\/p>

Je nutno poznamenat, \u017ee Ki\u0161idova administrativa se sna\u017eila<\/a> probl\u00e9my \u0159e\u0161it. Prosazovala zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed mezd a investic, aby ukon\u010dila 30 let deflace, zavedla rozs\u00e1hl\u00e1 opat\u0159en\u00ed k \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed klesaj\u00edc\u00ed porodnosti, rozpustila frakce LDP a potrestala z\u00e1konod\u00e1rce zapojen\u00e9 do skand\u00e1lu s financov\u00e1n\u00edm a revidovala z\u00e1kon o kontrole politick\u00fdch fond\u016f. P\u0159esto nakonec Ki\u0161ida dosp\u011bl k z\u00e1v\u011bru<\/a>, \u017ee prvn\u00edm jasn\u00fdm sign\u00e1lem ve\u0159ejnosti dokazuj\u00edc\u00edm zm\u011bnu a o\u010distu LDP je jeho odstoupen\u00ed.<\/p>

Izumi Kenta, v\u016fdce nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed opozi\u010dn\u00ed \u00dastavn\u00ed demokratick\u00e9 strany (angl. Constitutional Democratic Party)<\/strong>, reagoval<\/a> prohl\u00e1\u0161en\u00edm, \u017ee LDP opakovan\u011b pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 taktiku zm\u011bny sv\u00e9ho l\u00eddra v dob\u00e1ch krize<\/strong>, aby zajistila p\u0159e\u017eit\u00ed strany. Varoval, \u017ee ve\u0159ejnost na tento trik nesm\u00ed sko\u010dit.<\/p>

Pro\u010d je to d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9?<\/h2>

Ve srovn\u00e1n\u00ed s jeho postaven\u00edm v dom\u00e1c\u00ed politice z\u00e1\u0159ila Ki\u0161idova hv\u011bzda na mezin\u00e1rodn\u00ed sc\u00e9n\u011b mnohem jasn\u011bji, co\u017e nen\u00ed tak p\u0159ekvapiv\u00e9 vzhledem k tomu, \u017ee v\u00a0minulosti zast\u00e1val roli ministra zahrani\u010d\u00ed. Po rusk\u00e9 invazi na Ukrajinu bylo Japonsko jednou z prvn\u00edch zem\u00ed<\/strong>, kter\u00e9 uvalily sankce<\/a> na Moskvu a p\u0159isl\u00edbily Kyjevu humanit\u00e1rn\u00ed pomoc. Jako p\u0159edseda vl\u00e1dy nav\u0161t\u00edvil Ki\u0161ida Ukrajinu v b\u0159eznu 2023, prohl\u00e9dl si m\u011bsto Bucha a vyj\u00e1d\u0159il<\/a> \u201evelk\u00fd hn\u011bv\u201c nad masakrem v\u00edce ne\u017e 400 civilist\u016f, ke kter\u00e9mu do\u0161lo o rok d\u0159\u00edve. Jeho prohl\u00e1\u0161en\u00ed<\/a>, \u017ee \u201eUkrajina dne\u0161ka m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt v\u00fdchodn\u00ed Asi\u00ed z\u00edt\u0159ka\u201c<\/em><\/strong>, se stalo \u0161iroce uzn\u00e1van\u00fdm a \u010dasto citovan\u00fdm.<\/p>
