B\u011bhem zahajovac\u00ed akce po\u0159\u00e1dan\u00e9 WMCES v Bruselu \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edci diskutovali o mo\u017en\u00fdch i existuj\u00edc\u00edch n\u00e1stroj\u00edch ekonomick\u00e9 bezpe\u010dnosti Evropsk\u00e9 unie a o tom, jak je zlep\u0161it. Studie vych\u00e1z\u00ed z\u00a0p\u0159\u00edpadov\u00fdch studi\u00ed ekonomick\u00e9 bezpe\u010dnosti v USA, Japonsku a na Tchaj-wanu.<\/p><h3>Kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00e9 poznatky:<\/h3><ul><li>EU a jej\u00ed \u010dlensk\u00e9 st\u00e1ty mus\u00ed pr\u016fb\u011b\u017en\u011b zdokonalovat sv\u00e9 strategie, aby reagovaly na sc\u00e9n\u00e1\u0159e, jako je potenci\u00e1ln\u00ed invaze \u010c\u00edny na Tchaj-wan. V sou\u010dasn\u00e9 dob\u011b se tomuto t\u00e9matu sp\u00ed\u0161e vyh\u00fdbaj\u00ed.<\/li><li>Nutn\u011b pot\u0159ebujeme zv\u00fd\u0161it pov\u011bdom\u00ed o ekonomick\u00e9 zranitelnosti za m\u011bn\u00edc\u00edch se geopolitick\u00e9 situace. Z\u00e1sadn\u00ed je pos\u00edlen\u00ed informa\u010dn\u00ed spolupr\u00e1ce mezi soukrom\u00fdm sektorem a regul\u00e1tory na st\u00e1tn\u00ed i EU \u00farovni, zejm\u00e9na pokud jde o odchoz\u00ed investice.<\/li><li>\u010clensk\u00e9 st\u00e1ty EU maj\u00ed odli\u0161n\u00e9 ekonomick\u00e9 a politick\u00e9 z\u00e1jmy a vn\u00edm\u00e1n\u00ed hrozeb, co\u017e bude hlavn\u00ed v\u00fdzva p\u0159\u00ed\u0161t\u00ed Evropsk\u00e9 komise. Jak vybudovat konsenzus?<\/li><li>Diverzifikace z\u016fst\u00e1v\u00e1 d\u016fle\u017eit\u00fdm protiopat\u0159en\u00edm, ale z kr\u00e1tkodob\u00e9ho hlediska nezm\u011bn\u00ed hru. Mo\u017enosti diverzifikace ve t\u0159et\u00edch zem\u00edch je omezen\u00e1 a nese s\u00a0sebou dal\u0161\u00ed obrovsk\u00e9 n\u00e1klady. Je pot\u0159eba otev\u0159en\u00e1 a transparentn\u00ed diskuse mezi politiky, podnikatelskou sf\u00e9rou a z\u00e1kazn\u00edky.<\/li><li>Zem\u011b jako Japonsko, Tchaj-wan a tak\u00e9 USA poskytuj\u00ed mnoho dobr\u00fdch p\u0159\u00edklad\u016f pro vytv\u00e1\u0159en\u00ed komplexn\u00edho syst\u00e9mu ekonomick\u00e9 bezpe\u010dnosti. Pouh\u00e9 kop\u00edrov\u00e1n\u00ed v\u0161ak nebude fungovat, proto\u017ee vzorce ekonomick\u00e9 spolupr\u00e1ce jsou v Evrop\u011b odli\u0161n\u00e9.<\/li><li>Ekonomick\u00e1 bezpe\u010dnost je d\u016fle\u017eitou sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed souboru n\u00e1stroj\u016f EU.
