Dal\u0161\u00ed dva byli zachr\u00e1n\u011bni a do\u010dasn\u011b zadr\u017eeni na \u0164in-menu, ostrov\u011b spravovan\u00e9m Tchaj-wanem, p\u011bt kilometr\u016f od pob\u0159e\u017e\u00ed \u010c\u00ednsk\u00e9 lidov\u00e9 republiky (\u010cLR). Tato ud\u00e1lost vyvolala \u0159adu <a href=\"https:\/\/mailing.europeanvalues.cz\/link\/c\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">incident\u016f<\/a> a ostrou kritiku Demokratick\u00e9 pokrokov\u00e9 strany (DPP) ze strany \u010d\u00ednsk\u00e9ho \u00da\u0159adu pro z\u00e1le\u017eitosti Tchaj-wanu (TAO). Jakkoli je tato ud\u00e1lost z\u00e1va\u017en\u00e1, je pouze jednou z n\u011bkolika, kter\u00e9 se v posledn\u00ed dob\u011b odehr\u00e1ly\u00a0<strong>v tchajwansk\u00fdch vod\u00e1ch s omezen\u00fdm vstupem nebo se z\u00e1kazem vstupu<\/strong>\u00a0prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm \u010d\u00ednsk\u00fdch ryb\u00e1\u0159sk\u00fdch lod\u00ed.<\/p><h2>\u00a0<\/h2><h2>Jak\u00e9 jsou \u0161ir\u0161\u00ed souvislosti?<\/h2><p>\u010c\u00ednsk\u00fd motorov\u00fd \u010dlun, kter\u00fd byl bez ozna\u010den\u00ed, bez certifik\u00e1tu a\u00a0bez registrace v p\u0159\u00edstavu, byl spat\u0159en, kdy\u017e vplul do zak\u00e1zan\u00fdch vod Tchaj-wanu v\u00fdchodn\u011b od okresu \u0164in-men. Pot\u00e9, co pos\u00e1dka odm\u00edtla nechat tchajwanskou pob\u0159e\u017en\u00ed str\u00e1\u017e nastoupit na palubu, a pokusila se uniknout, n\u00e1sledovalo pron\u00e1sledov\u00e1n\u00ed, kter\u00e9 nakonec vy\u00fastilo v nehodu.<\/p><p>Ud\u00e1lost vzbudila silnou reakci \u010d\u00ednsk\u00e9ho \u00da\u0159adu pro z\u00e1le\u017eitosti Tchaj-wanu (TAO), kter\u00fd incident ozna\u010dil za \u201ekrut\u00fd\u201c a \u201ezlovoln\u00fd\u201c. \u00da\u0159ad vyu\u017eil tradi\u010dn\u00ed m\u00e9dia a sv\u00e9 platformy na soci\u00e1ln\u00edch s\u00edt\u00edch k\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/mailing.europeanvalues.cz\/link\/c\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">eskalaci<\/a>\u00a0situace. Z t\u00e9 se stalo jedno z\u00a0<strong>nejpopul\u00e1rn\u011bj\u0161\u00edch t\u00e9mat pro vyhled\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed na \u010d\u00ednsk\u00e9m internetu<\/strong>. TAO d\u00e1le ozna\u010dila politiku DPP v\u016f\u010di \u010d\u00ednsk\u00fdm ryb\u00e1\u0159sk\u00fdm plavidl\u016fm jako hlavn\u00ed d\u016fvod smrti \u010d\u00ednsk\u00fdch \u010dlen\u016f pos\u00e1dky, a ozna\u010dila ud\u00e1lost za \u201ez\u00e1ke\u0159n\u00fd incident\u201c. Podle TAO Tchaj-wan ignoruje \u201ehistorickou skute\u010dnost\u201c, \u017ee ryb\u00e1\u0159i z obou stran Tchajwansk\u00e9 \u00fa\u017einy p\u016fsob\u00ed v tradi\u010dn\u00edch rybolovn\u00fdch oblastech Tchajwansk\u00e9 \u00fa\u017einy, a vyzvala Tchaj-wan, aby zajistil osobn\u00ed bezpe\u010dnost pevninsk\u00fdch ryb\u00e1\u0159\u016f a zabr\u00e1nil tak podobn\u00fdm incident\u016fm. Nov\u011b zvolen\u00fd tchajwansk\u00fd prezident a \u00fa\u0159aduj\u00edc\u00ed viceprezident William Laj (\u8cf4\u6e05\u5fb7) vyj\u00e1d\u0159il\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/mailing.europeanvalues.cz\/link\/c\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">podporu<\/a>\u00a0Spr\u00e1v\u011b pob\u0159e\u017en\u00ed str\u00e1\u017ee (CGA) p\u0159i \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed incidentu. Mezit\u00edm tchajwansk\u00fd ministr obrany \u010cchiou Kuo-\u010deng (\u90b1\u570b\u6b63) prohl\u00e1sil, \u017ee se ozbrojen\u00e9 s\u00edly nebudou pod\u00edlet na \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed situace,\u00a0aby se p\u0159ede\u0161lo\u00a0dal\u0161\u00ed eskalaci.<\/p><p>V posledn\u00edch n\u011bkolika letech jsou p\u0159\u00edpady\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/mailing.europeanvalues.cz\/link\/c\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">p\u0159eshrani\u010dn\u00edho rybolovu<\/a>\u00a0ze strany \u010d\u00ednsk\u00fdch ryb\u00e1\u0159sk\u00fdch lod\u00edch st\u00e1le \u010dast\u011bj\u0161\u00ed. Lod\u011b z \u010cLR tak\u00e9 vplouvaj\u00ed do tchajwansk\u00fdch vod za \u00fa\u010delem\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/mailing.europeanvalues.cz\/link\/c\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">bagrov\u00e1n\u00ed p\u00edsku<\/a>, ani\u017e by po\u017e\u00e1daly o povolen\u00ed. Obyvatel\u00e9 ostrova \u0164in-men v posledn\u00edch letech hl\u00e1s\u00ed n\u00e1r\u016fst po\u010dtu \u010d\u00ednsk\u00fdch bagr\u016f, kter\u00e9 ze dna oce\u00e1nu t\u011b\u017e\u00ed tuny p\u00edsku. Podle\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/mailing.europeanvalues.cz\/link\/c\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">statistik<\/a>\u00a0zve\u0159ejn\u011bn\u00fdch CGA bylo za posledn\u00edch osm let z oblasti zaznamen\u00e1no v\u00edce ne\u017e 9000 \u010d\u00ednsk\u00fdch ryb\u00e1\u0159sk\u00fdch lod\u00ed, z nich\u017e t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 400 bylo zadr\u017eeno.<\/p><h2>\u00a0<\/h2><h2>Pro\u010d je to d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9?<\/h2><p>Ihned po ud\u00e1losti za\u010daly pekingsk\u00e9 \u00fa\u0159ady vyu\u017e\u00edvat tohoto incidentu k \u00fa\u010dinn\u00e9 kontrole vod \u0164in-menu: 18. \u00fanora ozn\u00e1mily pos\u00edlen\u00ed hl\u00eddek po\u0159\u00e1dkov\u00fdch sil ve vod\u00e1ch pobl\u00ed\u017e Tchaj-wanu. Incident tak m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt vyu\u017eit jako\u00a0<strong>z\u00e1minka k dal\u0161\u00edmu roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159en\u00ed ur\u010dit\u00e9 kontroly nad \u0164in-menem<\/strong>, co\u017e by mohlo\u00a0<strong>v\u00fdznamn\u011b ovlivnit budouc\u00ed vztahy<\/strong>\u00a0mezi Tchaj-wanem a \u010c\u00ednou.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>photo by Olimpia Kot-Giletycz foto: Olimpia Kot-Giletycz What is going on?
