Nyn\u00ed m\u00e1 nez\u00e1vid\u011bn\u00edhodn\u00fd status <strong>nejzadlu\u017een\u011bj\u0161\u00edho developera na sv\u011bt\u011b<\/strong>. Po selh\u00e1n\u00ed schopnosti spl\u00e1cet dluhy v roce 2021 pomohl z\u00e1nik Evergrande vyvolat sou\u010dasnou realitn\u00ed krizi v \u010c\u00edn\u011b. Od t\u00e9 doby spole\u010dnost navrhla n\u011bkolik <a href=\"https:\/\/www.reuters.com\/world\/china\/china-evergrande-seeks-avoid-liquidation-with-last-ditch-debt-plan-sources-2023-11-30\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">pl\u00e1n\u016f na restrukturalizaci dluhu<\/a>, nicm\u00e9n\u011b minul\u00fd t\u00fdden soudkyn\u011b Lindy Chan dosp\u011bla k\u00a0z\u00e1v\u011bru, \u017ee \u201e<a href=\"https:\/\/www.theguardian.com\/business\/2024\/jan\/29\/evergrande-collapse-liquidation-china-debt-developer-property-giant\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">u\u017e toho bylo dost<\/a>\u201c a hongkongsk\u00fd soud na\u0159\u00eddil likvidaci spole\u010dnosti.<\/p><p>Zakladatel a gener\u00e1ln\u00ed \u0159editel Evergrande Hui Ka Yan, tak\u00e9 zn\u00e1m\u00fd jako S\u00fc \u0164ia-jin (\u8a31\u5bb6\u5370), kter\u00fd byl sv\u00e9ho \u010dasu nejbohat\u0161\u00edm mu\u017eem \u010c\u00edny s\u00a0v\u00fdznamn\u00fdmi kontakty na \u010d\u00ednsk\u00fd establishment, je od lo\u0148sk\u00e9ho z\u00e1\u0159\u00ed zadr\u017eov\u00e1n v\u00a0dom\u00e1c\u00edm v\u011bzen\u00ed na z\u00e1klad\u011b bl\u00ed\u017ee nespecifikovan\u00fdch obvin\u011bn\u00ed.<\/p><p>V roce 2021 se Evergrande dostala na tituln\u00ed str\u00e1nky sv\u011btov\u00fdch m\u00e9di\u00ed se zpr\u00e1vami o z\u00e1kazn\u00edc\u00edch, kte\u0159\u00ed zaplatili za nemovitosti v budov\u00e1ch, kter\u00e9 nebyly nikdy postaveny, nebo v\u00a0souvislosti s \u010d\u00ednsk\u00fdmi m\u011bsty duch\u016f, kde str\u00e1daly pr\u00e1zdn\u00e9 bytov\u00e9 domy. A\u010dkoli se odhaduje, \u017ee <a href=\"https:\/\/www.npr.org\/sections\/money\/2021\/09\/28\/1040477514\/five-lessons-evergrande-taught-us-about-the-chinese-economy\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">20 %<\/a> byt\u016f v \u010c\u00edn\u011b nen\u00ed obydlen\u00fdch, zem\u011b m\u00e1 st\u00e1le jednu z nejvy\u0161\u0161\u00edch \u00farovn\u00ed obsazenosti nemovitosti vlastn\u00edky na sv\u011bt\u011b, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e v\u00edce ne\u017e <a href=\"https:\/\/www.npr.org\/2024\/01\/30\/1227554424\/evergrande-china-real-estate-economy-property-collapse\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">70 %<\/a> majetku obyvatel \u010c\u00edny je soust\u0159ed\u011bno pr\u00e1v\u011b v nemovitostech.<\/p><p>U\u017e v roce 2016, kdy za\u010daly vych\u00e1zet nov\u00e9 p\u0159edpisy, uk\u00e1zal Peking, \u017ee si je v\u011bdom rizika realitn\u00ed bubliny a nutnosti stabilizovat p\u0159ekotn\u011b se rozv\u00edjej\u00edc\u00ed realitn\u00ed sektor. Ve sv\u00e9m projevu na devaten\u00e1ct\u00e9m stranick\u00e9m sjezdu Si \u0164in-pching zd\u016fraznil, \u017ee \u201edomy jsou k bydlen\u00ed, nikoliv ke spekulac\u00edm\u201c.
