Nadch\u00e1zej\u00edc\u00ed volby tak budou t\u0159\u00edstrann\u00fdm soubojem<\/strong> mezi Williamem \u010cching-te Laiem (\u8cf4\u6e05\u5fb7) z vl\u00e1dnouc\u00ed Demokratick\u00e9 Progresivn\u00ed Strany (DPP), Chou Jou-i (\u4faf\u53cb\u5b9c) z KMT a Kche Wen-\u010de (\u67ef\u6587\u54f2) z TPP. Dramatick\u00e1 jedn\u00e1n\u00ed, kter\u00e1 trvala a\u017e do jeden\u00e1ct\u00e9 hodiny p\u0159ed term\u00ednem registrace, odhalila zna\u010dnou nejednotnost<\/strong> tchajwansk\u00fdch opozi\u010dn\u00edch stran, co\u017e jasn\u011b kontrastuje s poselstv\u00edm o mezifrak\u010dn\u00ed shod\u011b, kter\u00e9 zt\u011bles\u0148uje spojen\u00ed Lai- Siao (Siao Mej-\u010dchin, \u856d\u7f8e\u7434) z DPP.<\/p>

Po dlouh\u00e9m obdob\u00ed spekulac\u00ed ozn\u00e1mily<\/a> 15. listopadu KMT a TPP, \u017ee hodlaj\u00ed kandidovat spole\u010dn\u011b.<\/strong> Ob\u011b strany p\u0159isl\u00edbily, \u017ee k rozhodnut\u00ed, zda bude v \u010dele kandid\u00e1tky st\u00e1t Chou nebo Kche, dosp\u011bj\u00ed na z\u00e1klad\u011b anal\u00fdzy v\u00fdsledk\u016f posledn\u00edch pr\u016fzkum\u016f ve\u0159ejn\u00e9ho m\u00edn\u011bn\u00ed<\/strong>. Vzhledem k tomu, \u017ee osmilet\u00e9 obdob\u00ed vl\u00e1dy DPP se m\u016f\u017ee ch\u00fdlit ke konci, prohl\u00e1sil Kche, \u017ee je \u201enezbytn\u00e9\u201c<\/strong>, aby opozice spojila sv\u00e9 s\u00edly a dos\u00e1hla spole\u010dn\u00e9ho c\u00edle, kter\u00fdm je por\u00e1\u017eka vl\u00e1dnouc\u00ed strany.<\/strong> Nicm\u00e9n\u011b jejich jedn\u00e1n\u00ed nakonec <\/strong>ztroskotala<\/strong><\/a> na neshod\u00e1ch ohledn\u011b interpretace v\u00fdsledk\u016f pr\u016fzkum\u016f ve\u0159ejn\u00e9ho m\u00edn\u011bn\u00ed.<\/p>

Ve \u010dtvrtek v p\u0159edve\u010der term\u00ednu registrace kandidatury uspo\u0159\u00e1daly KMT, TPP a nez\u00e1visl\u00fd kandid\u00e1t Kou dramatick\u00e9 ve\u0159ejn\u00e9 jedn\u00e1n\u00ed<\/strong> mezi t\u0159emi uchaze\u010di o prezidentsk\u00fd \u00fa\u0159ad a dv\u011bma vysok\u00fdmi p\u0159edstaviteli KMT, b\u00fdval\u00fdm prezidentem Ma Jing-\u0165iouem (\u99ac\u82f1\u4e5d) a p\u0159edsedou strany Ericem \u010cuem (\u6731\u7acb\u502b). Za \u00fa\u010dasti dom\u00e1c\u00edho i zahrani\u010dn\u00edho tisku se Chouovi a Kcheovi nepoda\u0159ilo zakr\u00fdt zd\u00e1nliv\u011b nesmi\u0159iteln\u00e9 rozd\u00edly<\/strong> mezi jejich stranami a fakticky se navz\u00e1jem velmi ve\u0159ejn\u011b ztrapnili<\/strong>. To nakonec vedlo k ofici\u00e1ln\u00edmu krachu dohody<\/strong>. Toto selh\u00e1n\u00ed tak\u00e9 \u00fa\u010dinn\u011b podrylo pov\u011bst obou kandid\u00e1t\u016f. Podle hodnocen\u00ed<\/a> Nathana Batta, v\u00fdzkumn\u00e9ho pracovn\u00edka Academia Sinica a odborn\u00edka na volby a politick\u00e9 chov\u00e1n\u00ed na Tchaj-wanu, \u201eto uk\u00e1zalo, \u017ee Kche je neschopn\u00fd vyjednava\u010d<\/strong>. \u017de KMT nev\u011b\u0159\u00ed Chouovi<\/strong>, \u017ee by mohl jednat samostatn\u011b bez doprovodu.”<\/p>

Za\u010d\u00e1tkem t\u00fddne DPP ofici\u00e1ln\u011b ozn\u00e1mila, \u017ee Siao Mej-\u010dchin<\/strong>, kter\u00e1 do 20. listopadu p\u016fsobila jako tchajwansk\u00e1 vyslankyn\u011b ve Spojen\u00fdch st\u00e1tech, se stane Laiovou spolukandid\u00e1tkou. Siao je v\u0161eobecn\u011b chv\u00e1lena za svou diplomatickou obratnost<\/strong> a \u00fasp\u011b\u0161n\u00e9 \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed vztah\u016f Tchaj-peje s Washingtonem, kter\u00fd je pravd\u011bpodobn\u011b jej\u00edm nejd\u016fle\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00edm neform\u00e1ln\u00edm diplomatick\u00fdm partnerem. Jmenov\u00e1n\u00ed Siao viceprezidentskou kandid\u00e1tkou tak\u00e9 nazna\u010duje, \u017ee Lai je odhodl\u00e1n zachovat kontinuitu<\/strong> s vl\u00e1dou Cchaj Jing-wen (\u8521\u82f1\u6587) ve sv\u00e9 zahrani\u010dn\u011bpolitick\u00e9 orientaci. B\u011bhem prezidentsk\u00e9ho kl\u00e1n\u00ed v roce 2020 se Cchaj a Lai, kte\u0159\u00ed reprezentovali r\u016fzn\u00e9 vnit\u0159n\u00ed frakce<\/strong> v DPP, st\u0159etli, kdy\u017e soupe\u0159ili o nominaci DPP. Vzhledem k tomu, \u017ee Siao je ve stran\u011b pova\u017eov\u00e1na za kl\u00ed\u010dovou \u010dlenku frakce prezidentky Cchaj<\/a>, jej\u00ed nominace jako Laiovy “prav\u00e9 ruky” jasn\u011b signalizuje, \u017ee Lai je ochoten hodit vnitrostranick\u00e9 spory za hlavu a upevnit poselstv\u00ed jednoty<\/strong>. Tento p\u0159\u00edstup se jasn\u011b odli\u0161uje od t\u0159enic v opozi\u010dn\u00edm t\u00e1bo\u0159e.<\/p>

Ned\u00e1vn\u00fd v\u00fdvoj m\u00e1 d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 d\u016fsledky pro tchajwanskou dom\u00e1c\u00ed politiku a zahrani\u010dn\u011bpolitick\u00e9 postoje zem\u011b. Vnitropoliticky ve\u0159ejn\u00fd konflikt mezi opozi\u010dn\u00edmi stranami, kter\u00e9 nedok\u00e1zaly p\u0159ekonat sv\u00e9 rozpory a zav\u00e1zat se k v\u011bt\u0161\u00edmu misi porazit DPP, nejsp\u00ed\u0161 podlom\u00ed d\u016fv\u011bru jejich p\u0159\u00edznivc\u016f, kte\u0159\u00ed budou v lednu m\u00e9n\u011b pravd\u011bpodobn\u011b volit strategicky<\/strong> a soust\u0159edit sv\u00e9 hlasy na vedouc\u00edho kandid\u00e1ta. Navenek DPP \u00fa\u010dinn\u011b upevnila svou zahrani\u010dn\u011bpolitickou orientaci, nebo\u0165 se pravd\u011bpodobn\u011b bude i nad\u00e1le soust\u0159edit na diverzifikaci zahrani\u010dn\u00edch vztah\u016f Tchaj-wanu<\/strong> nad r\u00e1mec vazeb p\u0159es pr\u016fliv.
