Leto\u0161n\u00edho ro\u010dn\u00edku se z\u00fa\u010dastnilo odhadem 176 000 lid\u00ed. Krom\u011b Tchajwanc\u016f p\u0159ijelo mnoho \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edk\u016f ze sousedn\u00edch zem\u00ed a z\u00e1stupc\u016f zahrani\u010dn\u00edch diplomatick\u00fdch \u00fa\u0159ad\u016f se s\u00eddlem na Tchaj-wanu. Zastoupena byla tak\u00e9 Evropsk\u00e1 ekonomick\u00e1 a kulturn\u00ed kancel\u00e1\u0159 (The European Economic and Trade Office), kter\u00e1 je de facto delegac\u00ed EU na Tchaj-wanu. <strong>Podpora LGBTQ komunity na Tchaj-wanu v posledn\u00edch n\u011bkolika letech neust\u00e1le roste,<\/strong> co\u017e vedlo k tomu, \u017ee se Tchaj-wan stal prvn\u00ed zem\u00ed v Asii, kter\u00e1 legalizovala s\u0148atky osob stejn\u00e9ho pohlav\u00ed. Pr\u016fvod, poprv\u00e9 konan\u00fd v\u00a0roce 2003, se v pr\u016fb\u011bhu let rozrostl a akce, kter\u00e1 vznikla jako hnut\u00ed na podporu <strong>pr\u00e1v LGBTQIA+,<\/strong> v sou\u010dasnosti slou\u017e\u00ed jako platforma pro \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed dal\u0161\u00edch ot\u00e1zek a stala se z\u00e1sadn\u00edm prost\u0159edkem manifestace <strong>tchajwansk\u00e9 identity<\/strong>.<\/p><h2>\u00a0<\/h2><h2>Jak\u00e9 jsou \u0161ir\u0161\u00ed souvislosti?<\/h2><p><strong>Tchaj-wan je pova\u017eov\u00e1n za jednu z nejp\u0159\u00edv\u011btiv\u011bj\u0161\u00edch zem\u00ed k LGBTQIA+ v Asii.<\/strong> V roce 2019 legalizoval man\u017eelstv\u00ed osob stejn\u00e9ho pohlav\u00ed pot\u00e9, co legislativn\u00ed j\u00fcan p\u0159ijal z\u00e1kon o implementaci <a href=\"https:\/\/cons.judicial.gov.tw\/en\/docdata.aspx?fid=100&amp;id=310929\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">v\u00fdkladu Soudn\u00edho J\u00fcanu \u010d. 748<\/a>. Ka\u017edoro\u010dn\u00ed vl\u00e1dn\u00ed <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ey.gov.tw\/File\/928682884E1C1DD0?A=C\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">pr\u016fzkum<\/a> t\u00fdkaj\u00edc\u00ed se rovnosti \u017een a mu\u017e\u016f ukazuje, \u017ee v\u00edce ne\u017e 60 % tchajwansk\u00e9 ve\u0159ejnosti podporuje stejnopohlavn\u00ed man\u017eelstv\u00ed. Tchajwan\u0161t\u00ed politici se b\u011bhem sv\u00fdch kampan\u00ed \u010dasto ve\u0159ejn\u011b vyjad\u0159uj\u00ed k ot\u00e1zk\u00e1m sexuality a genderov\u00e9 identity. Letos se viceprezident William Lai (\u8cf4\u6e05\u5fb7) stal nejv\u00fd\u0161e postaven\u00fdm \u00fa\u0159edn\u00edkem, kter\u00fd <a href=\"https:\/\/www.businesstoday.com.tw\/article\/category\/183027\/post\/202310280011\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">se p\u0159ipojil<\/a> k pochodu Pride.<\/p><p>Tomuto kroku k za\u010dlen\u011bn\u00ed a pos\u00edlen\u00ed demokratick\u00fdch pr\u00e1v tchajwansk\u00fdch ob\u010dan\u016f p\u0159edch\u00e1zela siln\u00e1 mobilizace ob\u010dansk\u00e9 spole\u010dnosti, v\u010detn\u011b hnut\u00ed za rovnost \u017een a mu\u017e\u016f a hnut\u00ed za rovnopr\u00e1vnost p\u016fvodn\u00edch obyvatel. V\u00fdsledkem t\u011bchto snah bylo v roce 2004 p\u0159ijet\u00ed z\u00e1kon\u016f <a href=\"https:\/\/law.moj.gov.tw\/ENG\/LawClass\/LawAll.aspx?pcode=N0030014\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">o rovnosti \u017een a mu\u017e\u016f v zam\u011bstn\u00e1n\u00ed<\/a> a <a href=\"https:\/\/law.moj.gov.tw\/ENG\/LawClass\/LawAll.aspx?pcode=H0080067\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">o rovnosti \u017een a mu\u017e\u016f ve vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed<\/a>, kter\u00e9 postavily diskriminaci na z\u00e1klad\u011b sexu\u00e1ln\u00ed orientace nebo pohlav\u00ed v zam\u011bstn\u00e1n\u00ed a vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed mimo z\u00e1kon. Od roku 2011 jsou do \u0161koln\u00edch osnov za\u0159azov\u00e1na t\u00e9mata podporuj\u00edc\u00ed toleranci a pr\u00e1va LGBT. V roce 2019 EU a Tchaj-wan slavnostn\u011b zah\u00e1jily \u201eProgram pro spolupr\u00e1ci a vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed <a href=\"https:\/\/gec.ey.gov.tw\/en\/BE43D3ACC405B8EC\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">v oblasti rovnosti \u017een a mu\u017e\u016f<\/a> mezi EU a Tchaj-wanem (EU-Taiwan GECTF)\u201c. Toto hnut\u00ed dos\u00e1hlo v roce 2019 v\u00fdznamn\u00e9ho pokroku, nebo\u0165 bylo legalizov\u00e1no man\u017eelstv\u00ed osob stejn\u00e9ho pohlav\u00ed. Navzdory zna\u010dn\u00e9mu rozvoji z\u016fstaly i mezery, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e n\u011bkter\u00e9 z nich byly odstran\u011bny teprve ned\u00e1vno. V\u00a0roce 2023do\u0161lo ke dv\u011bma v\u00fdznamn\u00fdm politick\u00fdm zvrat\u016fm; v lednu se Tchaj-wan rozhodl umo\u017enit p\u00e1r\u016fm stejn\u00e9ho pohlav\u00ed s jedn\u00edm tchajwansk\u00fdm a jedn\u00edm ciz\u00edm st\u00e1tn\u00edm p\u0159\u00edslu\u0161n\u00edkem registrovat sv\u00e9 man\u017eelstv\u00ed bez ohledu na to, zda jurisdikce zahrani\u010dn\u00edho partnera povoluje s\u0148atky osob stejn\u00e9ho pohlav\u00ed (v\u010detn\u011b Hongkongu a Macaa). O n\u011bkolik m\u011bs\u00edc\u016f pozd\u011bji p\u0159ijal tchajwansk\u00fd z\u00e1konod\u00e1rn\u00fd sbor novelu, kter\u00e1 umo\u017e\u0148uje p\u00e1r\u016fm stejn\u00e9ho pohlav\u00ed <a href=\"https:\/\/focustaiwan.tw\/politics\/202305160009\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">adoptovat d\u011bti<\/a> bez biologick\u00e9ho vztahu k n\u011bkter\u00e9mu z partner\u016f.<\/p><h2>\u00a0<\/h2><h2>Pro\u010d je to d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9?<\/h2><p>Tchaj-wan je jednou z nejv\u00edce inkluzivn\u00edch zem\u00ed pro LGBTQIA+ komunitu. Jeho cesta k legalizaci stejnopohlavn\u00edch man\u017eelstv\u00ed tak\u00e9 zd\u016fraz\u0148uje autoritu \u00fastavn\u00edch soud\u016f v procesu utv\u00e1\u0159en\u00ed pr\u00e1v LGBTQIA+. Vzhledem k tomu, \u017ee na Tchaj-wanu existuje pr\u00e1vn\u00ed syst\u00e9m zalo\u017een\u00fd na heteronormativn\u00edmu p\u0159\u00edstupu vych\u00e1zej\u00edc\u00edch z mainstreamov\u00e9ho sociokulturn\u00edho uspo\u0159\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00ed, kter\u00e9 up\u0159ednost\u0148uje man\u017eelstv\u00ed, \u201ep\u0159irozenou\u201c biologickou reprodukci a patriline\u00e1rn\u00ed p\u016fvod, je zde st\u00e1le prostor pro zlep\u0161en\u00ed, a to i co se t\u00fdk\u00e1 pr\u00e1v trans a queer lid\u00ed, zejm\u00e9na pokud jde o domorodou identitu. Stoj\u00ed za to p\u0159ipomenout, \u017ee Tchaj-wan uz\u00e1konil rovnost man\u017eelstv\u00ed jako sou\u010d\u00e1st \u0161ir\u0161\u00edho \u00fasil\u00ed o kontrast mezi demokratick\u00fdm syst\u00e9mem tohoto ostrovn\u00edho st\u00e1tu a \u010c\u00ednou. Obhajoba a pr\u00e1vn\u00ed zm\u011bny t\u00fdkaj\u00edc\u00ed se pr\u00e1v LGBTQIA+ se tak staly prost\u0159edkem k vyj\u00e1d\u0159en\u00ed tchajwansk\u00e9 identity.
