Zat\u00edmco se Tchaj-wan p\u0159ipravuje na prezidentsk\u00e9 volby v lednu 2024, b\u00fdval\u00e9mu starostovi hlavn\u00edho m\u011bsta Tchaj-peje a p\u0159edsedovi Tchajwansk\u00e9 lidov\u00e9 strany (TPP) Kche Wen-\u010deovi (\u67ef\u6587\u54f2) se v pr\u016fzkumech st\u00e1le vede dob\u0159e, p\u0159ekonal i Chou Jou-ia (\u4faf\u53cb\u5b9c), kter\u00e9ho podporuje nejsiln\u011bj\u0161\u00ed Tchajwansk\u00e1 Pekingem sp\u0159\u00e1telen\u00e1 opozi\u010dn\u00ed strana Kuomintang (KMT). Dobr\u00e9 v\u00fdsledky TPP, strany stoj\u00edc\u00ed mimo hlavn\u00ed politick\u00fd proud na Tchaj-wanu, si zaslou\u017e\u00ed v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed pozornost. Voli\u010di na Tchaj-wanu jsou st\u00e1le v\u00edce nespokojeni se sou\u010dasn\u00fdm syst\u00e9mem dvou stran, jejich\u017e hlavn\u00edm rozporem je definice budoucnosti a vyhl\u00eddek tchajwansk\u00fdch vztah\u016f s \u010c\u00ednou.<\/p>

Anal\u00fdza<\/h2>

Zat\u00edmco tchajwansk\u00e9mu stranick\u00e9mu syst\u00e9mu nad\u00e1le dominuj\u00ed dv\u011b strany, Demokratick\u00e1 progresivn\u00ed strana (DPP) a Kuomintang (KMT), prezidentsk\u00e9 volby v roce 2024 budou kl\u00e1n\u00edm t\u0159\u00ed stran. Podle nejnov\u011bj\u0161\u00edho (20. \u010dervna)\u00a0pr\u016fzkumu<\/a>\u00a0Tchajwansk\u00e9 nadace pro ve\u0159ejn\u00e9 m\u00edn\u011bn\u00ed je vedouc\u00edm kandid\u00e1tem William Lai (\u8cf4\u6e05\u5fb7) z DPP s podporou 36,5 %. N\u00e1sleduje Kche Wen-\u010de z TPP s 29,1 % a t\u0159et\u00ed p\u0159\u00ed\u010dku zauj\u00edm\u00e1 KMT s 20,1 %. Vzhledem k tomu, \u017ee do voleb zb\u00fdv\u00e1 t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 \u0161est m\u011bs\u00edc\u016f, nejsou zat\u00edm v\u00fdsledky pr\u016fzkum\u016f definitivn\u00edm indik\u00e1torem. Modr\u00fd t\u00e1bor, veden\u00fd\u00a0KMT, obhajuje u\u017e\u0161\u00ed vztahy mezi Tchaj-wanem a \u010c\u00ednou, apeluje na \u010d\u00ednsk\u00fd nacionalismus a \u00fadajn\u00e9 ekonomick\u00e9 v\u00fdhody u\u017e\u0161\u00ed integrace mezi ob\u011bma stranami Tchajwansk\u00e9ho pr\u016flivu. Zelen\u00fd t\u00e1bor, v n\u011bm\u017e je DPP dominantn\u00edm akt\u00e9rem, se mezit\u00edm sna\u017e\u00ed sn\u00ed\u017eit z\u00e1vislost Tchaj-wanu na \u010c\u00edn\u011b, proto\u017ee uzn\u00e1v\u00e1 n\u00e1rod jako de facto suver\u00e9nn\u00ed. V d\u016fsledku toho v n\u00e1rodn\u00edch volebn\u00edch kl\u00e1n\u00edch\u00a0p\u0159edstavovaly postoje voli\u010d\u016f na sjednocen\u00ed \u010di nez\u00e1vislost hlavn\u00ed politickou zlomovou linii na Tchaj-wanu. Tyto postoje se tak\u00e9 jasn\u011b p\u0159episuj\u00ed do stranick\u00fdch identit. Zahrani\u010dn\u011bpolitick\u00fd postoj TPP v\u0161ak je\u0161t\u011b nebyl definov\u00e1n. Podle Kcheo\u00a0up\u0159ednost\u0148uje v\u011bt\u0161ina Tchajwanc\u016f<\/a>\u00a0\u201e\u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 sjednocen\u00ed, \u017e\u00e1dnou nez\u00e1vislost a \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 pou\u017eit\u00ed s\u00edly\u201c \u2013 tato nejednozna\u010dn\u00e1 charakteristika (a\u010dkoli v souladu s\u00a0v\u00fdzkumem ve\u0159ejn\u00e9ho m\u00edn\u011bn\u00ed<\/a>, kter\u00fd ukazuje, \u017ee v\u011bt\u0161ina tchajwansk\u00fdch respondent\u016f se sna\u017e\u00ed \u201ena neur\u010dit\u011b dlouho udr\u017eovat status quo\u201c), by mohla nazna\u010dovat, \u017ee voli\u010di nyn\u00ed b\u011bhem voleb up\u0159ednost\u0148uj\u00ed jin\u00e9 ot\u00e1zky, ne\u017e vztahy mezi Tchaj-wanem a \u010c\u00ednou.<\/p>

O nadch\u00e1zej\u00edc\u00edch volb\u00e1ch se mluv\u00ed jako o\u00a0\u201enejd\u016fle\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00edch\u00a0<\/a>pro ostrov<\/a>\u201c, proto\u017ee nap\u011bt\u00ed v Tchajwansk\u00e9m pr\u016flivu z\u016fst\u00e1v\u00e1 velmi siln\u00e9. Je proto obzvl\u00e1\u0161t\u011b zaj\u00edmav\u00e9 sledovat, \u017ee Kche Wen-\u010de, jeho\u017e n\u00e1zory na vztah s pevninou jsou nekonzistentn\u00ed, si vede v sou\u010dasn\u00fdch pr\u016fzkumech tak dob\u0159e. Zaj\u00edmav\u00e9 je, \u017ee sv\u016fj postoj \u201edv\u011b strany Tchajwansk\u00e9ho pr\u016flivu jsou jedna rodina\u201c\u00a0h\u00e1jil<\/a>\u00a0Kche vysv\u011btlen\u00edm, \u017ee je to p\u0159inejmen\u0161\u00edm lep\u0161\u00ed p\u0159\u00edstup ne\u017e kdy\u017e \u201ejsou\u00a0dv\u011b strany Tchajwansk\u00e9ho pr\u016flivu nep\u0159\u00e1tel\u00e9\u201c. Podle v\u00fdzkumu Centra volebn\u00edch studi\u00ed na N\u00e1rodn\u00ed univerzit\u011b ve\u0159ejn\u00e9 spr\u00e1vy (Chengchi) se 62,8 % respondent\u016f identifikuje v\u00fdhradn\u011b jako Tchajwanci, ve srovn\u00e1n\u00ed s 30,5 %, kte\u0159\u00ed se hl\u00e1s\u00ed k tchajwansk\u00e9 i \u010d\u00ednsk\u00e9 identit\u011b. V d\u016fsledku toho, jak tchajwansk\u00e1 demokracie st\u00e1le dozr\u00e1v\u00e1 a tchajwansk\u00e1 identita je v\u00edce a v\u00edce asertivn\u00ed, mohou voli\u010di up\u0159ednost\u0148ovat dom\u00e1c\u00ed politiku p\u0159ed vztahy s \u010c\u00ednou jako hlavn\u00edm faktorem jejich volebn\u00edho rozhodnut\u00ed.<\/p>
