Bezpe\u010dnostn\u00ed centrum Evropsk\u00e9 hodnoty p\u0159edstavuje nov\u00fd strategick\u00fd pl\u00e1n rozvoje sv\u00fdch aktivit. Bude se\u00a0nad\u00e1le v\u011bnovat zejm\u00e9na ot\u00e1zk\u00e1m spolupr\u00e1ce s indicko-pacifick\u00fdm regionem a bezpe\u010dnostn\u00edm probl\u00e9m\u016fm v n\u011bm v\u010detn\u011b vzestupu \u010c\u00edny, nap\u011bt\u00ed v Tchajwansk\u00e9 \u00fa\u017ein\u011b a dal\u0161\u00edch faktor\u016f, kter\u00e9 m\u011bn\u00ed rovnov\u00e1hu sil v tomto kritick\u00e9m regionu. Bezpe\u010dnostn\u00ed centrum Evropsk\u00e9 hodnoty tak vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 unik\u00e1tn\u00ed pozici jedin\u00e9ho evropsk\u00e9ho think tanku s trvalou pobo\u010dkou v Tchaj-peji. \u010c\u00e1st veden\u00ed Evropsk\u00fdch hodnot zakl\u00e1d\u00e1 novou partnerskou organizaci, kter\u00e1 se bude v\u011bnovat p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm agend\u011b t\u00fdkaj\u00edc\u00ed se problematiky dezinformac\u00ed, rusk\u00e9mu vlivu v \u010desko-slovensk\u00e9m kontextu a sou\u010dasn\u00fdm a budouc\u00edm v\u00fdzv\u00e1m v r\u00e1mci modern\u00edho sv\u011bta.<\/h3>

Evropsk\u00e9 hodnoty se budou prim\u00e1rn\u011b soust\u0159edit na udr\u017eitelnou \u010deskou strategii v\u016f\u010di Tchaj-wanu a \u010c\u00edn\u011b v evropsk\u00e9m kontextu, a to jak z pra\u017esk\u00e9, tak z tchajpejsk\u00e9 kancel\u00e1\u0159e organizace. \u010c\u00ednsk\u00e1 lidov\u00e1 republika je vedle Rusk\u00e9 federace nejv\u00fdznamn\u011bj\u0161\u00edm nep\u0159\u00edtelem liber\u00e1ln\u00edch demokraci\u00ed a v evropsk\u00e9m i transatlantick\u00e9m kontextu bude v n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00edch letech prob\u00edhat strategick\u00e1 diskuze, jak se k nadch\u00e1zej\u00edc\u00edmu konfliktu postavit. V t\u00e9to agend\u011b Bezpe\u010dnostn\u00ed centrum Evropsk\u00e9 hodnoty vid\u00ed svou hlavn\u00ed roli a p\u0159idanou hodnotu do budoucna. Organiza\u010dn\u00ed zm\u011bny a p\u0159esun obsahov\u00e9ho zam\u011b\u0159en\u00ed budou reflektov\u00e1ny ji\u017e v programu 9. ro\u010dn\u00edku mezin\u00e1rodn\u00ed bezpe\u010dnostn\u00ed konference European Values Summit<\/a> v polovin\u011b \u010dervna.<\/p>

Program Bezpe\u010dnostn\u00edch akademi\u00ed pokra\u010duje prozat\u00edm beze zm\u011bn v b\u011b\u017e\u00edc\u00edch projektech a aktivit\u00e1ch. O jeho budouc\u00ed podob\u011b prob\u00edhaj\u00ed v tuto chv\u00edli diskuse s partnery a donory programu a v z\u00e1jmu Evropsk\u00fdch hodnot i vznikaj\u00edc\u00ed nov\u00e9 organizace je pokra\u010dovat ve vzd\u011bl\u00e1vac\u00edch aktivit\u00e1ch zam\u011b\u0159en\u00fdch na studenty, ale i dal\u0161\u00ed c\u00edlov\u00e9 skupiny a nad\u00e1le je rozv\u00edjet.<\/p>

Analytici a analyti\u010dky Bezpe\u010dnostn\u00edho centra Evropsk\u00e9 hodnoty se od roku 2014 intenzivn\u011b v\u011bnovali rozkr\u00fdv\u00e1n\u00ed rusk\u00e9ho vlivu a dezinformac\u00ed. V\u00a0r\u00e1mci Kremlin Watch programu jsme sehr\u00e1li v\u00fdznamnou roli v prosazen\u00ed t\u00e9to d\u0159\u00edve podce\u0148ovan\u00e9 bezpe\u010dnostn\u00ed problematiky do \u010desk\u00e9 politick\u00e9, medi\u00e1ln\u00ed a expertn\u00ed debaty. Bezpe\u010dnostn\u00ed centrum Evropsk\u00e9 hodnoty spustilo na ja\u0159e 2022 bezprost\u0159edn\u011b po rusk\u00e9 invazi na Ukrajinu \u0159adu aktivit, kter\u00e9 napom\u00e1haly v\u00a0nejist\u00e9 po\u010d\u00e1te\u010dn\u00ed f\u00e1zi evropsk\u00e9 podpory Ukrajiny proti rusk\u00e9 agresi. Ukrajinsk\u00e9 expertky doposud pracuj\u00edc\u00ed v\u00a0Praze pod hlavi\u010dkou Evropsk\u00fdch hodnot se postupn\u011b vrac\u00ed dom\u016f do Ukrajiny, kde budou pokra\u010dovat ve sv\u00fdch aktivit\u00e1ch. Evropsk\u00e9 hodnoty narazily na limity udr\u017eiteln\u00e9ho dlouhodob\u00e9ho financov\u00e1n\u00ed t\u00fdmu v\u00a0takov\u00e9m rozsahu, proto veden\u00ed bylo nuceno z\u00fa\u017eit provozn\u00ed n\u00e1klady organizace a tematick\u00e9 zam\u011b\u0159en\u00ed, tud\u00ed\u017e se s\u00a0politov\u00e1n\u00edm mus\u00ed rozlou\u010dit se zna\u010dnou \u010d\u00e1st\u00ed t\u00fdmu, p\u0159esto\u017ee v\u00a0minul\u00fdch letech odv\u00e1d\u011bli ve sv\u00fdch oblastech v\u00fdbornou pr\u00e1ci.<\/p>

V\u00a0agend\u011b rusk\u00e9ho vlivu a dezinformac\u00ed budou dokon\u010deny b\u011b\u017e\u00edc\u00ed projekty a souvisej\u00edc\u00ed z\u00e1vazky, budouc\u00ed aktivity budou pokra\u010dovat pod hlavi\u010dkou nov\u011b vznikaj\u00edc\u00ed partnersk\u00e9 organizace. Ta si d\u00e1v\u00e1 za c\u00edl inovovat metody a p\u0159\u00edstup k\u00a0t\u00e9matu dezinformac\u00ed, a jejich dopad\u016fm na spole\u010dnost i v\u00a0dal\u0161\u00edch oblastech mimo bezpe\u010dnostn\u00ed politiku. V\u00a0jej\u00edm \u010dele stanou Andrea Michalcov\u00e1 a vedouc\u00ed t\u00fdmu Kremlin Watch Veronika V\u00edchov\u00e1. Ob\u011b organizace budou spolupracovat, aby maxim\u00e1ln\u011b vyu\u017eily roky budovan\u00e9ho know-how a kontakt\u016f ve prosp\u011bch t\u011bchto spole\u010densky pot\u0159ebn\u00fdch aktivit. \u00a0\u00a0<\/p>

Kv\u016fli t\u011bmto nutn\u00fdm zm\u011bn\u00e1m bylo bohu\u017eel t\u0159eba propustit v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed \u010d\u00e1st zam\u011bstnanc\u016f a tento krok n\u00e1s bol\u00ed nejv\u00edce. Jedn\u00e1 se o kvalitn\u00ed a profesion\u00e1ln\u00ed pracovn\u00edky, kter\u00e9 jsme si p\u0159\u00e1li v\u00a0t\u00fdmech udr\u017eet. Tito lid\u00e9 odvedli v\u00fdznamnou a viditelnou pr\u00e1ci v\u00a0boji proti nep\u0159\u00e1telsk\u00fdm vliv\u016fm, za kterou jim velmi d\u011bkujeme.<\/p>
