Bezpe\u010dnostn\u00ed centrum Evropsk\u00e9 hodnoty a \u010cesko-tchajwansk\u00e1 obchodn\u00ed komora v pond\u011bl\u00ed 27. b\u0159ezna 2023 za podpory Ministerstva zahrani\u010dn\u00edch v\u011bc\u00ed \u010c\u00ednsk\u00e9 republiky (Tchaj-wan) slavnostn\u011b otev\u0159eli \u010cesk\u00fd hub na Tchajwanu – novou platformu pro vl\u00e1dn\u00ed i nevl\u00e1dn\u00ed organizace,\u00a0podnikatele, akademiky, startupy\u00a0a kulturn\u00ed subjekty.<\/p>

S proslovem k t\u00e9to p\u0159\u00edle\u017eitosti vystoupila p\u0159edsedkyn\u011b Poslaneck\u00e9 sn\u011bmovny Parlamentu \u010cesk\u00e9 republiky Mark\u00e9ta Pekarov\u00e1 Adamov\u00e1 a Dr. Roy Chun Lee, n\u00e1m\u011bstek ministra zahrani\u010dn\u00edch v\u011bc\u00ed \u010c\u00ednsk\u00e9 republiky (Tchaj-wan)<\/strong>. Akce se konala v r\u00e1mci programu\u00a0stopades\u00e1ti\u010dlenn\u00e9\u00a0delegace\u00a0z \u010cesk\u00e9 republiky, kter\u00e1 ve dnech 25.-29. b\u0159ezna 2023 p\u0159edsedkyni na Tchaj-wan doprov\u00e1z\u00ed.\u00a0<\/p>

“\u010cesk\u00e1 republika se st\u00e1v\u00e1 nejsiln\u011bj\u0161\u00edm partnerem Tchaj-wanu v Evrop\u011b. Bilater\u00e1ln\u00ed vztahy se rozv\u00edjej\u00ed na nejvy\u0161\u0161\u00edch politick\u00fdch \u00farovn\u00edch, jako jsou vz\u00e1jemn\u00e9 rozhovory prezident\u016f, a nap\u0159\u00ed\u010d mnoha oblastmi od pr\u016fmyslu a civiln\u00edch univerzit, think\u00a0tank\u016f a rostouc\u00edho po\u010dtu podnik\u016f. V\u00fdznam t\u00e9to spolupr\u00e1ce dokresluje skute\u010dnost, \u017ee tato delegace je nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed delegac\u00ed na Tchaj-wan v jeho novodob\u00e9 historii. C\u00edlem t\u00fdmu Bezpe\u010dnostn\u00edho centra Evropsk\u00e9 hodnoty v Tchaj-peji je podporovat zejm\u00e9na v\u00fdm\u011bnu mezi st\u0159edoevropsk\u00fdmi a tchajwansk\u00fdmi odborn\u00edky v ot\u00e1zk\u00e1ch bezpe\u010dnosti a posilovat spolupr\u00e1ci Tchaj-wanu a st\u0159edn\u00ed Evropy v oblastech obrany a zahrani\u010dn\u00ed a bezpe\u010dnostn\u00ed politiky<\/strong>.\u00a0<\/p>

Mezi kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00e9 aktivity hubu pat\u0159\u00ed organizov\u00e1n\u00ed \u010desko-tchajwansk\u00fdch akc\u00ed, kter\u00e9 otev\u00edraj\u00ed bezpe\u010dnostn\u00ed i ekonomick\u00e1 t\u00e9mata a podporuj\u00ed nov\u00e9 \u010desko-tchajwansk\u00e9 iniciativy. Hub z\u00e1rove\u0148 slou\u017e\u00ed k zefektivn\u011bn\u00ed \u201esoft-landingov\u00fdch\u201c slu\u017eeb pro \u010desk\u00e9 podniky, akademiky a nevl\u00e1dn\u00ed organizace s nab\u00eddkou pracovn\u00edho prostoru, know-how a souvisej\u00edc\u00edch kontakt\u016f.<\/p>

Otev\u0159en\u00ed nov\u00e9ho \u010cesk\u00e9ho hubu na Tchaj-wanu reflektuje nutnost posilov\u00e1n\u00ed spolupr\u00e1ce \u010dlensk\u00fdch zem\u00ed NATO v Indo-Pacifiku<\/strong>. Tchaj-wan m\u00e1 obrovsk\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed prvot\u0159\u00eddn\u00edch informac\u00ed a znalost\u00ed o \u010c\u00edn\u011b jako bezpe\u010dnostn\u00ed hrozb\u011b \u2013 nejen vojensky, ale v oblasti zpravodajsk\u00e9, ekonomick\u00e9ho n\u00e1tlaku, kybernetick\u00fdch hrozeb, nebo informa\u010dn\u00edho p\u016fsoben\u00ed. Tyto znalosti bude \u010cR do budoucna st\u00e1le v\u00edce pot\u0159ebovat a Tchaj-wan je m\u016f\u017ee \u010desk\u00fdm instituc\u00edm preferen\u010dn\u011b poskytovat. Obdobn\u011b m\u016f\u017ee poskytovat jazykov\u00e9 a odborn\u00e9 vzd\u011bl\u00e1n\u00ed mlad\u00fdch \u010desk\u00fdch expert\u016fm v\u011bnuj\u00edc\u00edch se \u010c\u00edn\u011b, kter\u00fdch je v \u010desk\u00e9 st\u00e1tn\u00ed spr\u00e1v\u011b akutn\u00ed nedostatek a dlouhodob\u011b je \u010cR bude pot\u0159ebovat, co\u017e n\u00e1m poskytne konkuren\u010dn\u00ed v\u00fdhodu oproti velk\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1sti Evropy.<\/p>

\u010c\u00ednsk\u00fd vliv se (nejen v Evrop\u011b) postupn\u011b st\u00e1v\u00e1 z\u00e1sadn\u00edm bezpe\u010dnostn\u00edm probl\u00e9mem, na co\u017e poukazuj\u00ed na\u0161e i spojeneck\u00e9 zpravodajsk\u00e9 slu\u017eby. NATO ve sv\u00e9 nov\u00e9 strategii NATO Strategic Concept<\/a>) vn\u00edm\u00e1 \u010cLR jako rostouc\u00ed hrozbu. Konfrontace s\u00a0\u010c\u00ednou bude do budoucna pro \u010cR i jej\u00ed alian\u010dn\u00ed partnery jednou z\u00a0hlavn\u00edch bezpe\u010dnostn\u00edch agend, vedle prim\u00e1rn\u00ed hrozby Ruska v\u00a0Evrop\u011b. \u010cLR t\u011bsn\u011b p\u0159ed invaz\u00ed Ruska na Ukrajinu uzav\u0159ela s\u00a0Ruskou federac\u00ed \u201ep\u0159\u00e1telstv\u00ed, kter\u00e9 nezn\u00e1 hranic\u201c. I kdy\u017e se sna\u017e\u00ed p\u016fsobit jako neutr\u00e1ln\u00ed hr\u00e1\u010d, tak nedodr\u017euje mezin\u00e1rodn\u00ed sankce uvalen\u00e9 na Rusko. \u010c\u00ednsk\u00e9 st\u00e1tn\u00ed spole\u010dnosti dod\u00e1vaj\u00ed do Ruska nap\u0159\u00edklad naviga\u010dn\u00ed za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed ru\u0161\u00edc\u00ed technologie, ale i sou\u010d\u00e1sti, kter\u00e9 jsou pou\u017e\u00edvan\u00e9 ve st\u00edha\u010dk\u00e1ch<\/strong>, a to navzdory vyhl\u00e1\u0161en\u00fdm sankc\u00edm.\u00a0<\/p>
