V reakci na to se za\u010d\u00ednaj\u00ed objevovat nov\u00e1 uspo\u0159\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00ed v\u00a0glob\u00e1ln\u00ed politick\u00e9 i ekonomick\u00e9 oblasti. Glob\u00e1ln\u00ed obchodn\u00ed a investi\u010dn\u00ed re\u017eim, jak jej zn\u00e1me, se prom\u011bn\u00ed. Vznikaj\u00ed nov\u00e1 politick\u00e1 i ekonomick\u00e1 uskupen\u00ed. Na vzestupu je trend tzv. friend-shoringu. \u010c\u00edm d\u00e1l t\u00edm v\u00edce zem\u00ed posiluje svou ekonomickou bezpe\u010dnost prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm v\u00fdvozn\u00edch kontrol, prov\u011b\u0159ov\u00e1n\u00ed p\u0159\u00edm\u00fdch zahrani\u010dn\u00edch investic, diverzifikace dodavatelsk\u00fdch \u0159et\u011bzc\u016f a\/nebo zav\u00e1d\u011bn\u00ed n\u00e1stroj\u016f odstra\u0161en\u00ed.<\/p><p>Mezin\u00e1rodn\u00ed ekonomick\u00e9 instituce mus\u00ed b\u00fdt pos\u00edleny. Je t\u0159eba reformovat Sv\u011btovou obchodn\u00ed organizaci (WTO), aby \u00fa\u010dinn\u011b reagovala na tyto zm\u011bny a zajistila, \u017ee \u010dlenov\u00e9 budou dodr\u017eovat stanoven\u00e1 pravidla a plnit sv\u00e9 z\u00e1vazky. Pouh\u00e1 cena ji\u017e nem\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt nejd\u016fle\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00edm faktorem, nebo\u0165 hodnoty a bezpe\u010dnost se st\u00e1vaj\u00ed neodd\u011bliteln\u00fdmi od obchodn\u00edch vztah\u016f. V t\u00e9to nov\u00e9 politick\u00e9 \u00a0ekonomick\u00e9 realit\u011b by demokratick\u00e9 zem\u011b m\u011bly up\u0159ednostnit sv\u016fj dlouhodob\u00fd z\u00e1jem na hodnot\u00e1ch, kolektivn\u00ed odolnosti a mezin\u00e1rodn\u00ed spolupr\u00e1ci zalo\u017een\u00e9 na pravidlech p\u0159ed kr\u00e1tkodob\u00fdmi ekonomick\u00fdmi z\u00e1jmy.
