Doch\u00e1z\u00ed ke vzniku nov\u00e9ho, strategi\u010dt\u011bj\u0161\u00edho spojenectv\u00ed mezi Polskem a \u010ceskou republikou. Evropsk\u00e1 integrace Ukrajiny p\u0159edstavuje oblast, kde by polsk\u00e9 a \u010desk\u00e9 zku\u0161enosti a advoka\u010dn\u00ed \u00fasil\u00ed mohly v\u00fdznamn\u011b zv\u00fd\u0161it \u0161ance Ukrajiny, kter\u00e1 je v sou\u010dasn\u00e9 dob\u011b kandid\u00e1tskou zem\u00ed, na vstup do Evropsk\u00e9 unie, a\u017e na to budou Ukrajina i EU p\u0159ipraveny a zp\u016fsobil\u00e9.<\/p>

Pokud bude Ukrajina ve sv\u00e9m \u00fasil\u00ed o evropskou integraci \u00fasp\u011b\u0161n\u00e1, mohla by d\u00e1le motivovat ostatn\u00ed zem\u011b V\u00fdchodn\u00edho partnerstv\u00ed, zejm\u00e9na Moldavsko a n\u00e1sledn\u011b tak\u00e9 Gruzii, aby zv\u00fd\u0161ily reformn\u00ed \u00fasil\u00ed sm\u011b\u0159uj\u00edc\u00ed k tomuto c\u00edli. Z \u00fasp\u011bchu Ukrajiny, kter\u00e1 je vlajkovou zem\u00ed tohoto regionu, by tak mohl t\u011b\u017eit cel\u00fd postsov\u011btsk\u00fd v\u00fdchodoevropsk\u00fd region. To by mohlo zm\u011bnit hru na evropsk\u00e9 geopolitick\u00e9 \u0161achovnici. Je to p\u0159\u00edle\u017eitost, kterou by Ukrajina ani EU nem\u011bla promarnit.<\/p>

Tento podklad k politick\u00e9 diskuzi navrhuje n\u011bkolik podn\u011bt\u016f k zamy\u0161len\u00ed se nad praktick\u00fdmi zp\u016fsoby, jak by takov\u00e1 p\u0159\u00edpadn\u00e1 \u010desko-polsk\u00e1 spolupr\u00e1ce mohla vypadat. Klade si za c\u00edl zah\u00e1jit systematickou strategickou diskusi mezi \u010desk\u00fdmi a polsk\u00fdmi experty, diplomaty a dal\u0161\u00edmi ve\u0159ejn\u00fdmi \u010diniteli. Spole\u010dn\u011b bylo identifikov\u00e1no sedm konkr\u00e9tn\u00edch politick\u00fdch oblast\u00ed, v nich\u017e by \u010cesk\u00e1 republika a Polsko mohly Ukrajin\u011b prakticky pomoci:<\/p>

4. Energetick\u00e1 bezpe\u010dnost

6. Kybernetick\u00e1 bezpe\u010dnost a dal\u0161\u00ed hybridn\u00ed hrozby
7. Medi\u00e1ln\u00ed sektor<\/p>
