Z\u00e1padn\u00ed univerzity mohou i zcela ignorovat doporu\u010den\u00ed p\u0159\u00edslu\u0161n\u00fdch bezpe\u010dnostn\u00edch autorit k\u00a0o\u0161et\u0159en\u00ed n\u011bkter\u00fdch bezpe\u010dnostn\u00edch rizik, a to i nap\u0159. proto, \u017ee maj\u00ed finan\u010dn\u00ed a jin\u00e9 z\u00e1jmy na udr\u017een\u00ed vztah\u016f s\u00a0\u010d\u00ednsk\u00fdmi protistranami. N\u011bkte\u0159\u00ed akademici dokonce pova\u017euj\u00ed varov\u00e1n\u00ed n\u00e1rodn\u00edch bezpe\u010dnostn\u00edch org\u00e1n\u016f za p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 alarmistick\u00e1. P\u0159\u00edslu\u0161n\u00e9 bezpe\u010dnostn\u00ed z\u00e1kony proto mus\u00ed b\u00fdt pos\u00edleny a roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159eny i na akademick\u00e9 instituce.<\/p><p>D\u00e1le mus\u00ed b\u00fdt identifikov\u00e1ny oblasti v\u00fdzkumu, kde je ne\u017e\u00e1douc\u00ed \u010di nep\u0159ijateln\u00e1 interakce se zahrani\u010dn\u00edm a zahrani\u010dn\u00ed financov\u00e1n\u00ed. Je t\u0159eba p\u0159ijmout p\u0159edpisy, kter\u00e9 by p\u0159im\u011bly univerzity a\u00a0v\u011bdce zve\u0159ej\u0148ovat sv\u00e9 smlouvy se zahrani\u010dn\u00edmi partnery a zahrani\u010dn\u00ed financov\u00e1n\u00ed v\u00fdzkumu. To by m\u011blo b\u00fdt doprov\u00e1zeno systematick\u00fdm zvy\u0161ov\u00e1n\u00edm pov\u011bdom\u00ed, aby se pos\u00edlila prevence a\u00a0zlep\u0161ilo porozum\u011bn\u00ed situaci na akademick\u00e9 p\u016fd\u011b i v cel\u00e9 spole\u010dnosti.
