Z\u00e1padn\u00ed vl\u00e1dy se doposud k zas\u00edl\u00e1n\u00ed obrn\u011bn\u00e9 vojensk\u00e9 techniky ukrajinsk\u00e9 arm\u00e1d\u011b stav\u011bly zdr\u017eenliv\u011b. Jej\u00ed ofenzivn\u00ed kapacity pot\u0159ebn\u00e9 k vytla\u010den\u00ed rusk\u00fdch okupant\u016f z ukrajinsk\u00e9ho \u00fazem\u00ed se tak doposud mohly spol\u00e9hat pouze na dod\u00e1vky obrn\u011bn\u00e9 techniky sov\u011btsk\u00e9ho typu ze zem\u00ed v\u00fdchodn\u00edho k\u0159\u00eddla NATO. Velk\u00e1 \u010d\u00e1st z\u00e1sob techniky tohoto typu je nicm\u00e9n\u011b po t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 8 m\u011bs\u00edc\u00edch v\u00e1lky vy\u010derpan\u00e1 nebo ji tyto zem\u011b nemohou postr\u00e1dat, nebo\u0165 ji nemaj\u00ed \u010d\u00edm nahradit, aby jejich arm\u00e1dy z\u016fstaly bojeschopn\u00e9.<\/div>
