St\u00e1le snadn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed transfer citliv\u00fdch technologi\u00ed v informa\u010dn\u00edm v\u011bku a s t\u00edm souvisej\u00edc\u00ed rizika pro n\u00e1rodn\u00ed bezpe\u010dnost jsou p\u00e1dn\u00fdm d\u016fvodem pro zav\u00e1d\u011bn\u00ed ochrann\u00fdch mechanism\u016f v n\u00e1rodn\u00edch ekonomik\u00e1ch. Jedn\u00edm z d\u016fle\u017eit\u00fdch pil\u00ed\u0159\u016f politiky ekonomick\u00e9 bezpe\u010dnosti je regulace p\u0159\u00edm\u00fdch zahrani\u010dn\u00edch investic (foreign direct investments \u2013 FDI) v\u00a0citliv\u00fdch odv\u011btv\u00edch dom\u00e1c\u00edho pr\u016fmyslu.
