Stalo se z\u00e1kladnou pro zpravodajsk\u00e9 a vlivov\u00e9 operace obou st\u00e1t\u016f, kter\u00e9 c\u00edl\u00ed na zem\u011b v cel\u00e9m regionu. Oblast d\u00e1le destabilizuje i samotn\u00e9 Ma\u010farsko, kter\u00e9 \u0161\u00ed\u0159\u00ed iredentismus ve sv\u00e9m bl\u00edzk\u00e9m okol\u00ed a z\u00e1rove\u0148 buduje spojenectv\u00ed s autorit\u00e1\u0159sk\u00fdmi st\u00e1tn\u00edky v jihov\u00fdchodn\u00ed Evrop\u011b.
